The bathroom door in the room did not lock. The mini fridge did not get cold; food was not chilled or kept fresh. Poor lighting. Very small sink area. A/C was set to low or high but periodically shut off for hours at a time throughout the night, so the room was very warm.

Nice room - No Coffee
Elevators and hallways smelled funny - room was ok and had a comfortable bed. Have a problem with Hotels that charge for coffee - if I’m a guest you should be providing coffee for your people. Hotel had a thermos of coffee out in the public area and when I went to get some a staff lady was very rude and told me I had to pay for my coffee from the StarBucks - Really put up a sign and be polite to your guest. Ok that staff lady made sure that I wouldn’t be coming back anytime soon

Thank you for your feedback, Courtyard as a brand does sell Starbucks coffee, we are sorry that this created disappointment for you during your stay. We do have some groups that contract and pay for breakfast in their rate however it is unacceptable for anyone to be rude to our guests and we will have that discussion with our team.

Stay was great. Customer service was great and the bar and breakfast was even better!! Just a few minor things like small hole in wall..and other small blemishes and imperfections but overall comfortable stay.

My floor had sticky goo on it that I stepped in room 210 the patio door did not open the night stand was bolted to the wall and you could see the screws looked super ghetto, the bathroom was clean tho
For a Marriott I would stay at the one across the street I’ve seen super 8 with nicer rooms
But the lobby and staff are super nice it is convenient they pay for your Uber back to the Airport I would give this hotel a 7.6/10

I did not like that there was no security which proved to be valid as my car was broken into and vandalized. The clerk was helpful as she offered to play back the video. For that reason, i will not use that property again.

The hotel need to be updated the a\c make a lot of noise like a Bus, the shower sinks a lot, the toilet sinks every 5 mins make noise , the phone didn’t work to call front desk bad carpets, the hair dryer didn’t work

I guess I will skip this one next time. Hotel room is average.

We do have breakfast packages that include room and breakfast in the rate. You could look into these next time. Courtyards have Bistros in them and have breakfast and dinner for purchase.
The guest services were great!! But there was a few unfriendly employees, especially one lady that I smiled at and greeted her Good morning and she barely said anything. I totally understand that we have our day but why take it out on the guest.
