I would consider revisiting this establishment, although I find the rate of $100 per night to be quite steep. The overall quality is comparable to that of a Motel 6. Unfortunately, I found the breakfast to be quite underwhelming. Additionally, I must express my disappointment as my non-smoking room had a strong odor of cigarettes, and the comforters were also tainted with cigarette smell. Despite these inconveniences, the hotel staff kindly accommodated my request to switch to a double queen room. It should be noted that the hotel is located in a less affluent area, but surprisingly quiet. Overall, I would rate this establishment as an average hotel at best.

It looked like there were spots of blood on the covers. There were hairs in the bed. No toilet paper and the holder was broken. When I got switched to another room it was marginally more clean but they just remade the bed for the room I had just left without cleaning it. It was CSI Ramada with all the specimens left behind from previous guests.

The place was just not well maintained. I could have gotten way better rooms for same price. Pool was nasty...breakfast was boiled eggs and bacon chopped up and mixed together . TV is small coffee pot broken.. I would not stay there again.

May look nice from the outside but inside was old and dirty. Pool qas dirty room was expensive. Yhe area is definitely not friendly. Ii left and went to a different establishment 10. Mins away. Was sfupper clean and much cheaper

The bed was very comfortable, and the room was clean. We only had two cups in the room — paper coffee cups — no plastic ones, and so we had to use and reuse those for everything. Plus, there were only two single-cup coffee pods, one regular and one decaf. Those things just made the place feel cheap. Our door wouldn’t shut properly either. So… we’d stay here again but just know it’s a cheap motel regardless of the price.

Never been to a hotel where you had to turn on and plug in everything in the room when you get there - it should have all been ready to go when we got there - including turning on water in toliet.

Nice rooms. Clean. Comfortable. When the parking lot was full it was hard to get around. Also required a $50 deposit. Never had that before at any motel I stayed at before.

You get what you pay for.
At check in I was told there would be a $50.00 deposit and if the room was ok at check out I would get the deposit back. I checked in on Wednesday it is now Friday and I still have not received my deposit back. At breakfast there was no one to ask for butter so I ate toast with out it. The room was ok - it is old and the bathroom tub was rusted.

Good stay, comfortable bed. Rooms are old and dated. Towels are old and worn. Breakfast was always empty and we had to ask for food. No business center but they printed what I needed. Staff in office was nice and staff that cleaned was not friendly or nice.

It was ok. The room needs a remodel. Shower was cracked exhaust fan was the light in there and made lots of noise. Comforter was dirty and not from us. At check in I was informed that they needed a credit card on file and did not appreciate us booking room thru a third party because they didn’t make any money off the stay.

I was warm and safe
Staff that checked me in was delightful. Winter storm. The room was not great - broken furniture. Not well cleaned. BUT the sheets were clean, I was warm and safe. AND AGAIN, the staff was very nice.

I did not know that it was two story with STAIRS only as I booked on the internet. When I arrived I requested a downstairs or handicap room. I had to pay $20 extra because that is an upgrade.
