"We have various incidents in this place, i wont recommended staying here. For example, the a/c didn't work , it took almost 4 days to resolve this issue. Secondly, the shower had no water pressure at all. The reception moved us to another apartment and it got worse, the bathroom sink was leaking and the entire bathroom got flooded, the a/c unit had this weird smell very unacceptable. I wont recommended staying here, management never took care of my issues poor communication."

"Extremely dirty upon check in. No hot water or showerheads in any bathroom. No towels, tub doesn’t work as water comes out yellow. Roaches and centipedes seen in the bedrooms. For the price paid, definitely not worth it. Not being able to shower properly was a huge inconvenience. "

"Love that it was very close to the beach and little markets around the corner. Restaurants are easily accessible here and the area is quiet as well. AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out). "Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. San Andres is probably one of the poorer islands in the Caribbean. Since it can't take cruise ships, it relies on Colombian tourists. I don't think there are a lot of expats...

"We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . The place has a functioning washer and a powerful AC in every room. It was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I were to visit San Andrés again."

"It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. "Definitely one of the best hotels in San Andres. It’s new, chic, and is truly luxurious compared with the other Colombian hotels we’ve stayed at. Loved the tub in my room and how most areas are air-conditioned. There is hot water, great dining, and a posh pool. I would definitely stay here again despite the thin walls/or open doors of my neighbors that were horrendously loud, fighting, screaming, yelling, for over 6 hours able I was trying to sleep. I didn’t pay $300 a night to be exposed to this type of irritating behavior."
