Our bathroom was filthy, the curtains and carpet were very old and musty smelling, and our TV didn’t work. On our way back it to dinner I let the lady at the front desk know the TV was not working and she said “I’m sorry “…the end. When we got back, she frantically asked me what room I was in because she would put in an order with maintenance. She clearly her my disgust when we walked out the door. I let her know we were not going to use it tonight because we were tired and didn’t want to have to wait for a repair, who knows how long that would have taken although I am not sure same day repair was even on the table. We brought a laptop and wanted to stream some TV but we were not provided with WiFi info when we arrived. I dialed 0 several times for the front desk and no one answered. My husband went down 2 floors to the front desk and asked the lady there how we dial the front desk because our calls weren’t answered. She said “I don’t know but if you figure out, let me know”. Honestly, I knew the place only had 2 stars so that’s on me, but we have stayed at several Wyndham places and they have always been great until now. Good thing it was only 1 night and we had to catch an early flight or we would not have stayed!
