Only stayed here a night, but the room was clean & equipped with most things that you could need! Though I will note that I could not fine a toothpaste or brush, they probably sell them downstairs near the lobby. Inclusion of stovetop, pots, pans, and silverware... was a nice as well. Made it quite convenient to cook a simple meal. Overall, I am happy with the value I got for the pricing on these rooms. May visit again.

The water pressure in the shower was low. It was right next to the freeway so it was noisy. The coffee pots and hot water in the lobby were all empty. They didn’t keep it up later in the day the shuttle transportation was excellent. All employees were excellent. The parking lot was a little cramped The continental breakfast was good.

I called down to the front desk for blankets for the pull out couch bed and she said she didn’t have any, at all. The room didn’t come with blankets for the couch bed so we slept with no blankets and u helpful staff.

The staff was excellent, friendly and they went out of their way to help us. The beds were comfy, bed room was dark and quiet despite being near the freeway. The room temperature was easy to control. The pool was clean and warm. You will want to bring some tip money to the complimentary breakfast because the gal that makes the omelets does a fantastic job. My only complaints is that one of the pool gates are fickle in unlocking. They need a sign pointing to the other gate. The cleanliness could use some focus. The room was clean but there were some spots on the walls that could use some TLC. We would stay at this location again, it’s close to everything including Hale theater.

Overall a very good visit. Close to dining options and shopping. Room was clean and pretty quiet. Bed was a little uncomfortable (divot). Toilet paper holder fell of the wall while on our stay and housekeeping never installed it back.

I felt safe and the hotel was easy access off of the freeway. What I didn’t like was we were tired the first night due to traveling and we ordered salads at the restaurant in the hotel, there was a hair in one of the salads. The next night we had a glass of wine and the red wine was old and tasted more like vinegar, I poured it out! Other than those two things it was great!

Convenient, family getaway near mountains
Nice hotel for family getaway at mouth of Little Cottonwood. The hot tub and warmed pool a bonus after a day of skiing. Good breakfast, love the omelets, to start the day.

Our go to place
We always stay at this hotel (unless the prices are way up or there is no occupancy) on our way down and back from WA to AZ. We jave done this for about the last 6 years. We've always come back because of great service, room accomodations and cleanliness. This last visit, the room wasn't as clean. The floor in the kitchen wasn't clean, the bathrooms weren't as "sanitized" feeling. The room thenselves are starting to show wear. I may be time for s deep clean and touch up to bring it back to feeling fresh, not worn.

Hotel was nice and clean. The room was much bigger than I thought which was great since my daughter brought 2 friends! Breakfast was great but most of all COFFEE was ready by 6am in the LOBBY!! Staff was great as well.

Short business trip
I had a short business trip & invited my spouse. We had a king suite which was great to allow us to attend to our own dietary preferences & timing without fighting other restaurant schedules. The property presented clean & orderly (although it wasn't heavily occupied & clearly not hosting a conference or other significant business events). We had asked for a quiet room away from the elevator, cleaning closet & common facilities & were assigned the 4th floor nearly across from the cleaning closet. The room was located with the view to the north which was beautiful but also LOUD with the traffic of the interstate. The selection of outdoor plantings were still unseasonably beautiful. Gym was never occupied & while small was a good selection. Heat & AC system were both working great as well as the bathroom venting system which was amazing. Garbage is a problem with kitchen suites & an in room safe is essential these days. All around GREAT value which we would choose again.

This hotel is in good shape-better than some we’ve stayed at. However the 3 stars is because the bed and bedsheets smelled stale and old. Wondering about the quality of the laundry facilities or age of the mattress and sheets and blankets.
