"I expected staff needs more training. She handed over non activated key cards to the room. When I went second time, if you have battery operated equipment with you the card magnet gets spoiled. Actually I was holding keys in hand and my phone was in my pants pocket. When she activated it the same worked fine and one of the cards in my phone wallet. In spite of in my phone wallet, it worked."

Very rude!!!!! Will text and call your phone days before check in to see how many guest you will have,then he will decide what rooms you can stay in."
