"Great location, great food, amazing staff but a little dated in places. We had a strange smell coming from the AC and the room was a bit tired looking. The furniture was all dented, but very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Housekeeper was brilliant and even made a towel birthday cake for my mum. If I ever find myself in Hurghada again, I will return. Thanks"

"Would I stay again? NO. I will start with the positives. The staff was friendly and nice. Food was challenging. Do not expect gluten-free bread options or vegan milk if you come from the UK. This hotel is classified as a 4* hotel, but it's more like 2.5* in Greece. The rooms all have some defects, and the cleanliness of the rooms could be better. Free Wifi, forget about it. "The good was the beach, scuba diving and the spa which was reasonably priced. The not so good was the bland food, wi-fi sucked and the pools close down at 5:30."

"The check in process with very bad.. when I try to make check in, the reception asked me to pay another fees called a reservation difference arguing that the price I already paid online is for the American clients only !!!!!! When I tried to clarify that when I made my reservation on the Orbitz app, the application didn't asked me about my nationality, they replied by showing me a confirmation page about my reservation from another site called "hotelbeds" and said that they don't know anything...
