"This is another the website picture look better than the actual hotel. The room is small and old, just like a motel type. This location you don't want to be out in the evening by yourself. Also too far away from the airport. Over priced too!"

"I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket."

"The hotel location is perfect. The facilities, size of the room were good size. They did not have all toiletries that other Hotels in Japan provide or the same category of even a lower tier hotel category. It was little disappointing that the Godzilla head terrace was close for the time we stay there."

"The hotel conceirge were very helpful and friendly. No problem leaving luggages before check and after check out and even for a few days provided you have the next reservation. Limo bus stop is right at the hotel lobby which is super convenient the man reason for booking the hotel. Hotel is within walking distance to eateries and the vibrant Shinjuku station. Room is basic and clean. Nothing fancy."
