Enjoyable stay
I was expecting a pretty basic room due to the price but was better than expected. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower curtain was broken but that was the only negative point. I was very happy with my stay

Ideal location to help my daughter move into student accommodation on university campus for her year abroad. Staff helped to organise a PCR test for travel and printed off documents I needed for travel. Very helpful for COVID travel times. Room very comfortable. Supermarket nearby. Tram stop outside hotel. No “cafe culture” on door step but accessible by good transport links. Ideal for me as my priority was helping my daughter move but if your priority is restaurants and cafes, you may prefer to stay in the centre of Grenoble.

Comfortable stay.

Kettle in room was broken and power points on desk we useless to international travellers as too deep for adaptors to fit! Location was .. well dire! But if you are after the University I can see its attraction. But room was clean, spacious did the job.

Great stay at a great price
My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suites location. It was our second stay at this location and we were in a larger suite that had a couch and sitting area which was roomier than the studio available on our initial stay. This location is new and modern and everything was clean and in tip top condition. The staff we excellent, especially Amin, at the front desk who accommodated us quickly even though we had arrived quite early. The small kitchenette in the room was great to allow us to make our meals while we were there. This location is a bit of a ways from central Grenoble (~2km), but the tram line stops right outside the hotel so you can quickly get to most locations.

Modern, spacious and clean hotel.
My husband and I went on a 3 week honeymoon in Europe. So we've been to many different hotels in many different cities and countries. This was by far our favourite hotel. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. What I also liked about this hotel was that it had its own parking lot which most of the hotels we've tried going to didn't have. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Hotel close to university campus
Clean, functional hotel, well situated beside campus Université Grenoble-Alpes. Main reason I made reservation there. Very functional hotel, but barely comfortable: bed was too hard, cold floor, few amenities, etc. However, in keeping with Comfort Suites hotel.

Good quality budget hotel
The room was warm, clean and comfortable. It was of a good size and came with a standard ensuite bathroom. The area was ok but the hotel was conveniently placed for a number of buses back into the centre of Lyon. I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend to a friend.

Nice hotel close to the university.

Hotel warm reception
The problem I had was the temperature of the room even using the fans provided by reception. The only way to maintain a cool room was to prop the room door open and open the window. Leaving the door open whilst asleep is not really a good idea, opening the window let in flying creatures but more annoying , the noise of the traffic, trams and chatter from people below in the street smoking outside the hotel. I was on the first floor. Otherwise, friendly hotel, breakfast good quality.

Loud, Loud, Loud.......Hot, Hot, Hot!!!!
No air con made it impossible to sleep with plus 25 weather. No sound proofing. Rooms were loud, restaurant was loud. People yelling and screaming until 3:00 am both nights we were there. One of the most uncomfortable stays I've had anywhere.

Perfect little stopover
We strayed here on the way to the South of France with our 2 children. The hotel was easy to find with secure parking (at a small additional cost) The room was clean and spacious with good facilities.

VERY firm mattress. Large room, king bed. Bathroom has excellent shower and excellent lighting. Black-out curtains. Dishes for 2 (no bowls). Sound proof. Non-smoking. Park on street for free or 9 Euros at hotel.

The hotel is in good condition, we have been 2 days, in the secound day, they didnt clean the room and they didnt make the bad, they just put new soap and comfort paper, we were disapointed, we didnt like it at all, we report this twice to the reception, i would not recomend this hotel.

Clean and quiet hotel in a nice area
The hotel was in excellent condition and in a great location. A little outside the city centre, but easy to access via tram, and on a line with lots of major attractions on the way. A lovely little city. The kitchenette worked well, but we weren't given enough dish washing liquid, or a tea towel, so cleaning up was tough. The staff member who checked us in was a bit condescending and explained to us how to use the lift and the key, very slowly, and was a little abrupt when I spoke to her about dish washing packs, but other staff were friendly and lovely and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Good hotel for visiting Grenoble on a good tram.
It suited our needs to be able to make our own breakfast with a large supermarket opposite for supplies. The tram line straight into the city is just outside. Good parking. It is the second visit.

Nice view of mountains. We enjoyed Grenoble. One of us was here for business, and the other to explore the city. The staff was very nice and helpful. Wi-Fi didn't work for both of us. Great to have parking on site. Friendly staff provided a map, which was great for helping us figure out where we were going, both for work and dinner. Room is very modern and cheerful.

My (king suite) room was spacious and spotlessly clean (although unfortunately it was not cleaned at all on one day and the hotel staff apologised). The mini kitchen was particularly useful and thoughtfully arranged with suitable equipment. The bathroom was equally spacious and could not be faulted.

Couldn't fault the hotel or staff and Genoble a great place for a short break /holiday .it is about 30 minutes walk into town not a problem for us , we did decline a transport map of the area, so ask this could be a help if walking is a problem

Convenient for the uni, and clean.
Clean and pleasant hotel, right on the tram and convenient for the university. My only issue is that there is no air conditioning in the rooms. It was very hot, though normally of course this wouldn't be a problem. Just check the weather before booking!
