"The service is fantastic. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was so hard to find and to get to because it is such a maze, and without the staff’s guidance, we would have never found it. The rooms are quite small yet charming. A fun place."

"Hotel is conveniently located near ferry port in a nice area within walking distance to intra- muros.We stayed 5 nights in April and used it as a base for seeing St. Malo and the surrounding area. Only downside of our trip was that the outside pool was not open, as we would have enjoyed having a dip after spending the day sightseeing in the sun."

"Great location, very helpful staff, breakfast was okay. Would have been nice to have a dinner restaurant in the hotel. We struggled with the language barrier when dining around town. Had the best meal of our entire trip at the American Hotel and Restaurant (very close to hotel) - need to be aware that the good ones close for a couple of days a week."
