Did not like the fact there was no luggage carrier, also they put me in a room that was built for a handicap. I paid for a Queen and Got a full size. The staff however was amazing.

We arrived late at night with a last minute booking and only stayed for the night. We had our two year old with us and the extra space in the rooms and kitchen area was very nice. Place was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly.

The Hotel is supposed to be non-smoking but the room reeks of smoke.Major road right Nextdoor soooo super loud. The person at the front desk was very kind but when I asked for an extra blanket later I realize she’s the only one at the hotel and I have to go down to get the blanket:(

Check in lady at night is very disrespectful and acted like guest where a nuisance to her. Someone also tried to get into my room. Lucky for me I had the latch on along with with the door lock. Would never stay here gain nor would I recommend this place.

The room, elevator all were not in good condition. Not sure if its on The website about pets and smoking allowed. Room smelled like pet piss, smoke and stale. There was an issue with elevator, 80 year old mom and aunt had to walk down thre flights. Can someone call me regarding this complaint. I also adresses it with Steven also who was at the front desk. Someone also hit my car and caused a dent and a long stratch. I called to report it and Jennifer seemed a lityle short with me and maybe its due to the complaint i made. However last night she had a lot to say. I just want to get it resolved.

Very nice place to stay, from the staff to the room. I have stayed there many times and will continue to stay there, because it is comfortable and consistent. This is not the Taj Majal, but if you're looking for a decent safe and comfortable place then stay here you just can't beat it.

The staff was super friendly and helpful but the the carpeting and upholstery definitely needs renovating, which leads me to the perception that the place is dirty. The pillows were as "bare necessity" as they could be. Pillows are the smallest most impactful reason we would or would not stay at a place again.

Had to wait quite a while to check in and out. My cell phone died while I was there and calling from the room phone was a disaster. Staff I was able to locate were friendly and was ok for a basic stay but I'll probably spend a little more and stay at a nicer place next time.

Unfortunately I would never stay here again! The “queen” bed is actually a full size bed but they call it a queen due to the room size as the front office stated. I measured it and it was barely 4 feet by 6 feet! The first room was just mismatched furniture that barely stood up. We moved to a second room and it smelled like urine! The shower curtain had stains and the floor was coming up by the toilet. The whole room had a weird odor and we were thankful it was only a night stay!

The property is in bad condition. The side entrance door looks like someone tried prying it open with a crowbar and doesn’t open with your room card. The girl who checked us in was nice but seemed to be doing two peoples jobs. Our phone in the room didn’t work so my wife went down to get some more pillows and soap (nothing for the kitchen sink) and the the girl didn’t come back to the front desk. She waited 10min two different times. Lol. Crazy. Do not stay here. It’s not worth $50/nt

They cancelled my reservation without letting me know. When I got to the hotel at 9pm, they told me that my reservation was cancelled because they were full. They just asked me to check with Expedia about it. I was unable to check in at all. I have to booked a new hotel. Really really bad experience

I got there and it took awhile for a staff member to come out this was around 6pm. She was nice but told me the room I had booked wasn’t available and gave me whatever else she had. I was not compensated for the difference. The room’s fridge was making all kinds of noise, couldn’t get the fan to go off and the shower walllz wrrr bubbling. It also had a mildew smell. Unfortunately we won’t be booking with this facility again. We do use extended stays quite often.

The whole place smells like cigarettes and it just has a darkness to the appearance. It served its purpose and the staff is very nice, but the smell of cigarettes was really bothersome. When we came back to our room it smelt like someone came into our room and smoked.

It's exactly as you would expect. Which is fine.
This is just a place to stay. We were here for one night to see a show at a nearby (sort of) casino, and we didn't want to drive all the way home late at night. Everything worked. It was pretty clean. Service was fine. We got back to our room late and it was quiet. It didn't matter to us, since we're not breakfast people, but "breakfast included" is bagged pastries, granola bars, oatmeal and coffee.

Nasty hotel
This place is disgusting. Smoke & bad food smells in the room, bathroom floor torn up & sticky, and the lobby smelled like someone had been using spray paint all night. I wouldn't bring my dog to this hotel.

We arrived to check in and the lady at front said she cancelled our reservation because of a broken pipe. So I said I would just take any room. She said because she cancelled it I would have to pay a price that was $45 more than my original room. I did not stay there
