Birthday weekend
Amazing house!! Amazing views! Plenty of room for big families great spacious kitchen cuz that’s where we all hang out lol. Loved the gas fireplace. Didn’t find a pool table but enjoyed the hot tub and the deer that stopped by. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect family vacation spot
Grandparents, siblings and their kids! Perfect living arrangement for amazing family time. One of the best Thanksgiving celebrations we have had in a long time. Host’s were extremely responsive when we have questions or issues. We would absolutely stay here again when traveling the Ruidoso!

wonderful property
Had a wonderful weekend with my family and friends. Property management was super attentive. Had a question about access and they got back to me almost immediately. Would definitely recommend and stay here in the future!

Beautiful House
Just driving up to the property we were awestruck. The house was very spacious for our family. There are too many positives to tell you about the property so I will tell you the negatives, NONE. There was nothing about the property we didn't like. The seclusion and away from neighbors was really wonderful. Close to town but far from people. Our hosts were a phone call or a text away and responded very quickly and very pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ruidoso.

Awesome house and view!
Honestly, no one in our group had any complaints. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the view was awesome and Charles & Melissa were wonderful hosts. The hot tub was a pleasant surprise. Next time we come to Ruidoso, I have this house saved in my favorites!

Great for a family vacation
We had a great time here with our family. There was plenty of room for all the domino playing and socializing. The layout was great for everyone to feel included, but yet you could get away for some quiet time or a nap if needed. The managers of the property were also very easy to reach and helpful. Would recommend. Only issue is my parents had a hard time with the stairs, but the driveway on the side made it doable.

Great Family Mountain Getaway
Heaven’s Peak was perfect for our large family. Clean, safe, plenty of space to spread out, plenty of beds and linens, a great kitchen and an extra fridge downstairs. The house is a short drive into the main area of Ruidoso. We were able to hike right outside the back door. The entry floor was great for our teens with a king bed and a sleeper sofa, TV, air hockey. Up one flight of stairs to the main floor with a primary bedroom, living and kitchen area with fantastic views and 2 decks. Plenty of seating and dining areas. The top floor had 2 bedrooms each with a queen and an extra bed and a loft space with 5 more beds. As the description says, there is no A/C, but we were cool and comfortable as long as we opened windows, despite the warm July afternoons. The driveway and roads to the house are steep but manageable. There are a lot of stairs which could be a problem for anyone with limited mobility. The host responded quickly, communication was great. We would book this home again!

We'd love to have you back any time ;-) Heaven's Peak really is such a beautiful and cozy home yet it's huge spaces provide ample space for families to spread out. A good note about the stairs (which contribute to it's amazing views)- with a huge bedroom, bath, and living space on the bottom floor, this makes a comfortable spot for anyone needing easier accessibility. Both driveways are paved and for guests coming in winter, we have a plow service when necessary.

Ruidoso Heaven’s Peak
The cabin and the view were absolutely beautiful. We had six adults and six children between the ages of 3 and 10. There was more than enough room for all of us. I would definitely stay there again. Charles was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.

Gorgeous views
The house was as beautiful as the pictures show! The upstairs showers had a little water pressure issue but we all managed just fine by sharing the other showers. We woke up every morning to deer at the door and beautiful views. It offered a beautiful experience.

Great cabin for large groups
This was a really nice cabin. It had most everything you would need. Beautiful views, game room was a huge bonus! The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the quality of towels and sheets. For such a nice cabin I would suggest getting some new items to make this an even better stay. It was also super cold on the main floor. They have radiant heat and no matter how high you set the temp it wouldn’t seem to bring the heat up at all. But overall it was a very nice stay. Charles was an amazing host. Anything we needed he provided.

Summer Escape
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house is very large and lots of things for kids to do. Nice views and very private. Top of a hill and there are no other houses to the back. We had elk and deer walk through the property every day. The house is located in a large residential area with many cabins and houses down the hill and in the valley but this house is high up and at the edge. Even without air-conditioning, we were fine in fairly hot August weather. A little warm in afternoon. There were a couple quirks in house maintenance including upstairs water pressure and broken ice makers - nothing that will be remebered. I would stay here again.

Beautiful house at the top of a hill
We had a great time. The house is huge and gorgeous. Fantastic views and so spacious. Deer hang out close by! Just make sure you bring supplies with you (paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, kleenex, hand and body soaps, obatteries for remotes). The balconies are wonderful. The driveway is narrow and very steep so use caution and bring a 4wd. Location is great for Grindstone and Mescalero Lakes.
