The two bedrooms were well appointed with plenty of hangars in the closets, heating that we were able to adjust ourselves on a couple very cool nights, and views onto their beautiful garden. "This apartment is right in the historic center of Rouen surrounded by historic sites and great restaurants. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished with huge windows that open to the plaza below. It has a gorgeous Italian shower and was so refreshing after a day of touring. The washing machine also was so helpful to have and the host and his son were so helpful in teaching us how to use it as it was very different than ours at home. The hosts were helpful and attentive."

"The property was very quaint. Very clean. The area was close to eveything and very quiet at night. The shower head kept falling as the holder was loose but the water pressure was good. The kettle did not work. There was a sewer smell coming from the bathroom. The heating rack and heater in the room worked very well. Very little toilet paper but the linens were good and the bed was very comfortable. "

"We were there for only one night. The property was clean and the host responded to all our inquiries. It was centrally located. It was minimally furnished but met our needs. There were few amenities but that was known by the property description and reflected in the price. Drawback...it was an upper floor without an elevator. "

The location is not central but walkable to the main sights via Rue Du Renard and Rue Cauchois ,also the SNCF station is not far .alternatively Bus 5 or F1 can take you to centre from short walk to local bus stop. The property is located on 4th floor and benefits from an elevator and secure entry system. Nice big balcony with good city view The wi-fi is excellent but no TV. We were not given an apartment number. No one answered the customer service helpline. There were only an answer machine which we did not leave a message on. A man in a neighbouring apartment tried to help us but without any success. We demand a full refund as we had to go and stay the night at the Ibis Budget hotel in Rouen. I will...
