The host manager is extremely friendly and although we arrive hours early he let us check in because the room is ready. Breakfast is good.

Hi its not overprice at all. And yes i agree it need a little paint etc. We are all ready starting to updating our hotel. Not only for our guests but also for our selves. We are only a family at work so its not easy to do extra things, like a chain or so. Also and don't forget al lot of taxes and payment as commissions to different portals were you can book your rooms are asking a lot commission. So your room can be deduct by average 15 / 20%/ kind regards. Gabriela.

For short and if you dont have anywhere to go
The only thing good was the person at the reception. He was really helpfull and wanted to give us a good stay but the condition are not good.

The hotel is very close to the metro line Coolhaven (less than five minute walk) and also to many restaurants, etc...The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and bright with coffee-making, etc...Wi-Fi worked well. Would definitely stay again if in Rotterdam

Noisy but well-priced
This hotel is priced well compared to many hotels. It's a distance from the city center, but there is a metro stop nearby (Coolhaven). The couple who run the hotel and their children can be quite noisy, especially in the mornings and evenings.

Das Zimmer stinkt, nach Schimmel. Man kommt rein in diesen Bau . Sorry Bau ,Dreckladen . Erst Mal zahlen , dann gibt es Zimmerschlüssel. Wer mit Auto zu diesem Etablissement fährt , vor der Tür werden gerne Parkkrallen verteilt. Diese Absteige ,ohne was , Max 10 Euro die Nacht.

Takk for din anmeldelse, Hvis du har betalt oppmerksomhet, vil du legge merke til at det er en eller flere brannvarslere i hvert rom og hallways. Disse trer i kraft med røykalarm og rapporteres av. Dette følges av brannvesenets tiltak. Videre er det brannslukkere overalt på korridorene, og disse må inspiseres hvert år, inkludert brannalarminstallasjonen. Vi gjør så godt som det kan garantere sikkerhet for våre gjester. Thank you for your review, If you have paid attention, you will notice that there are one or more fire detectors in each room and hallways. These go into effect with smoke alarm and are reported by. This is followed by action by the Fire Department. Furthermore there are fire extinguishers everywhere on the corridors, these are required to be inspected every year, including the fire alarm installation. We do as well as it can guarantee safety for our guests.

SUPER ACCUEIL
Hotel tres bien placé dans le centre, beaucoup de place autour pour se garer. La personne qui nous a accueilli le 31 décembre au soir était tres sympathique et compréhensive. Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour. Café/Thé/Chocolat chaud et Fruits a disposition à la reception de l'hôtel. Certes, la décoration de la chambre et de l'hôtel en général est plutôt ancienne mais tout était propre. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Rustig hotel, centraal gelegen, zeer gedateerd. Kamers zeer eenvoudig, erg klein met wat achterstallig onderhoud. Aanrader voor kort verblijf in Rotterdam.

Wij zijn nu goed opweg om dat wat u schrijft te verhelpen en zien u graag een keer terug. Diegene die toen in het bedrijf was is hier niet meer aanwezig na diverse klachten.

Het hotel heeft duidelijk een opknapbeurt nodig, in ongeveer alles zit een gat of een barst. De sleutel van de voordeur werkte zeer slecht, gelukkig was er nog iemand aanwezig op de receptie. Het ontbijt was zeer basic en zou op zijn minst een broodrooster kunnen gebruiken, de pizzakruiden op de eitjes maakten ze wansmakelijk, maar het zat in de prijs inbegrepen. Het onthaal was vriendelijk, duidelijk en volledig (zoals over het moeilijke slot) en de ligging is mooi tussen het voor ons gekende centrum, vlak bij de hippe winkels van de nieuwe binnenweg en de verrassend leuke buurt rond delfshalven.

Okropny i brudny, awful and dirty
Dramat i tragedia. Najgorsze mi wrogowi bym nie poleciła. Wszędzie brudno, brudno,brudno.W toalecie resztki kupy!!! Przede wszystkim to na pewno nie powinno nazywać się hotel, a może hostel albo schronisko młodzieżowe. Obsługatnie nie ogarnięta,pan dołączył mam dodatkową opłatę-podatek (mimo że na stronie cena podobno ten podatek obejmowała). Śniadanie miało być 8-10, czekaliśmy od 8.50 a tam ani widu ani słychu!!! Staliśmy przed recepcją do 10 bo nawet nie było komu kluczu oddać i się wymeldować. Nie, nie i jeszcze raz nie polecam.

Hotel in Coolhaven
The room had large windows with beautiful view over the canals. The bed was comfortable, and well sized for two persons. Although the element in the room was not on, and that made the room feel a bit chilly. The hotel manager was very passionate about the breakfast. He was very eager to offer pancakes and egg n bacon. The hotel is close to the water, and some rooms have a beautiful view over the canals. It is within walking distance to the Metro and coffeeshops.

Do not go there. This hotel was so disappointing, I will explain the main reasons why it's so bad. First when we arrived it smelt vomit in the entry. Secondly, they are not organised, so they didn't notice that I booked a room with a double bed, we slept in a room with two single beds, totally different from the pictures. Thirdly, the room was smaller than expected and dirty with hair down the sheets, dirty pillows. Fourth, it was a noisy night with too many people, we heard talking until 4 am. Finally, they invented a lie because they didn't want refund us partially. Now you know..
