Fantastic property
The Leonardo is our "go-to" hotel for the US-based company I work for. The hotel is comfortable, quiet and clean and has a great restaurant - and the staff are amazing. If you're staying in the area, you cannot miss with the Leonardo.

Good value for regional biz stay S. Rotterdam
Good value, comfortable room, good food and convenient parking. Easy access N3/A15/A16. Request they clean up room each day, not the eco blah blah, as otherwise you may not get replentished soap. No iron/ironing board in rooms is unacceptable for a hotel catering to business customers. Overall good quality for money.

Staff was excellent , the service is far better then some high end hotels. The building is a little “noisy” from other floors and music from the outside bar. Inexpensive covered garage parking and plenty free parking nearby.

Lovely rooms, modern, trendy and spacious, tea making facilities hurrah! Having cycled from Amsterdam to Brussels staying somewhere different each night, this hotel wins!!

Good but needs improvement.
Nice hotel, WiFi connection trouble inside the room. Three single beds were provided for me, my wife and a 3 year old child. That made us uncomfortable.

This room has no double bed, but twin beds. For next time an upgrade to our club room with a double bed might be a solution. Your feedback regarding the Wifi in the room i have reported to our IT department.

Regarding the type of room we indeed have 1 room that is a little bit smaller but it has a balcony instead, which the other rooms did not have. If you do not want to have this room next time you stay with us please let us know we can always see if we can fullfill your request.

One room, one night! Enjoyable stay.
The Apollo Hotel Papendrecht, lies an 8 minutes ride from a party's venue we visited last Saturday. We couldn't make a better choice. At check-in nicely received. Room with a superb bed and further on empathic ladies and gentlemen serving at the working floor. Before leaving to the party we had dinner at the hotel; in two words: good food and service: A-1. In the morning hours we enjoyed our breakfast thoroughly and checked out. One remark: The parking space is way too small. Finally we stayed one night in one room and had an enjoyable stay. Rest assure that as soon as we're back again in that Dutch surrounding, that we'll surely will stay at Apollo Hotel Papendrecht. Hopefully with more parking places.

First Impressions don’t always matter
Warm welcome was spoilt by the chamber staff failing to replace the towels left in the bath, not taking away empty crockery and leaving dirty linen on the floor. Too few staff at the weekend perhaps. The room was cold and the heating controls were very un responsive it took hours to warm up. Breakfast and evening meals were okay. And staff were friendly enough. It was just the job of cleaning the room left a lot to be desired.

The room is very clean and Wifi speed is very fast. Gym next door is free to used with pre booking. Although there are only about 3 main courses on the menu, everyday has a special course from chef.

Lovely hotel with excellent safe and secure car park within locked gates Friendly staff and good breakfast. Rooms very comfy with 2 channels of British TV although I wasn't keen on the glass sliding door to the bathroom, not sure if all rooms are like this?

Very friendly service with a nice restaurant on premises. Room was well laid out and had a lot of natural light. Bed very comfortable. Location accessible, just not a lot of "tourist" activities within walking distance if that is what one wanted.

Comfortable hotel great for meetings
Second lovely stay at the Apollo. Would recommend this hotel for meetings in the surrounding area. Food in the hotel is excellent - for both breakfast and dinner. All the staff were excellent and friendly.

Great hotel with a good gym right next door. Would have liked a double bed but they have 2 small beds pushed against each other. Not ideal when your sharing with a loved one.

Nice hotel in South France
My wife and I enjoyed our staff. Rented bikes for the day from the hotel. Did not eat at the hotel, but went into local town center. The hotel was under expansion construction but the staff tried to accommodate best they could and was not an issue.

Great hotel, only stayed one night for business but would have been fine for more nights. Specifically chosen as it was close to where I had meetings but it is not in the centre (if anyone is looking for proximity to that). About 20/25 mins from Rotterdam airport.
