At the moment this is one of the best La Quinta hotel we’ve stayed so far. The staff is very friendly. Location within the town is excellent, clean surroundings areas and felt very safe. The only downside is that the swimming pool bleach level was super high which denotes a not so clean water. Other than that everything was great.

The staff was great, very helpful and nice. The room was not clean, pee on toilet, the bathroom was disgusting, the floor was also not cleaned. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere.

I booked this property without reading the reviews, which was my mistake. Typically, LaQuinta’s are a clean and well maintained property. To say this property was dirty is an understatement. One of our beds had large blood stains on the side that I didn’t see until after we spent the first night in our room. The property was poorly maintained. The outlet in our room didn’t have a cover which could be a potential hazard, especially to small children. Our bath tub was dirty and in need replacement. It felt as if the bottom of the tub was going to give away and there were multiple scratches with metal exposed. You had to stand with your feet spread apart to avoid the bowing in the middle of the tub. There was what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on the door frame exiting the bathroom. We were so disgusted by the property we checked out early and moved to a different property. I don’t think I’ll book through a third party again given these circumstances. It was extremely difficult to cancel and I ended up paying for two properties.

We did not have any towels in our room when we checked in. We called down to the desk and they brought some up. However, my towel had a hole in it.

After the first night, my wife found dried blood on the sheets. Room was over all dusty and doors had dirty finger prints, air conditioner took a long time to cool the room. The room door had weather stripping to cover gap to the floor. So heard other doors closing, all night long. All these concerns were told to the staff. They simply said sorry for the inconvenience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Especially when my brother stayed next door and had a fantastic room and full on hot breakfast. I meant to add our breakfast was cold.
