Stayed one night here in late May, 2026. Property and room were clean and efficient. Did not sample the simple breakfast, but it would serve my needs if I were interested. Basic budget motel with exceptionally good access to I-5 freeway, and near the local airport if you fly in. Overall, I had no problems and enjoyed my brief stay.

Easy access to the Freeway store close by. The staff was great, the pool and hot tub so nice, a great way to end a day of travel. We will definitely stop here on our trip down and back to Yuma next season.
