Would not recommend!
We had notified the hotel of our arrival time, which happened to be later in the evening. They proceeded to not show up after we waited over an hour and tried to contact them on the contact phone number. Have never contacted us back and has continued to withdraw the local taxes out of my bank account despite them failing to provide a service.

Clean, comfortable but finding it is problematic
The hotel is very close to the Rome Tiburna train station but if I had not found instructions on how to reach it I would never have found it or figured out how to get in. All of the b&bs in this area are the same and you need a phone to call the manager to come let you in. They dont speak English generally. Once you get to the room though it is very nice clean and comfortable.

The hotel is fine, location close to the train station. We had to pay extra 10 euro because we got there after 10pm.

I am happy expect the beak fast . When I book the place I been told we will get free breakfast,The day we went in there they gave us a packet of croissaunts and a one litre juice.then said this is our breakfast for four days for four of us. . waste was not emptied when we where there.

The service was very nice and the room was clean and I loved how close it was to the train station. However, when I first arrived I was nervous because it is located inside an apartment building on the third floor and I had trouble finding. I also had to walk up some stairs and had a large, heavy suitcase which was not fun.

Terrible, don't stay here!
The directions to the place are terrible, walked around for an hour until I found it. It's right by a huge overpass and the neighborhood is pretty bad. It's also in an apartment complex where none of the apartments are labeled so I also wandered up and down stairs looking for another half an hour. When I finally found it, the door was locked an nobody was there. I waited for a half hour, rang the bell and nobody ever showed. Apparently I was supposed to call ahead of time to let them know when I was checking in because there is no reception area. I did not have a cell phone in Italy so this was impossible. I ended up staying elsewhere and now they will not refund my money, saying they e-mailed me "repeatedly" about my check-in time, and I never received a single e-mail. They will not refund my several hundred dollars deposit, and I have to take the dispute to my credit card company. Beware!!! I guess you can stay here only if you have a cell phone that works in Italy. Stay somewhere else, closer to the sites. This place isn't worth the hassle.

Notre hôte était très prévenant pour préparer notre arrivée. Logement très simple mais tout à fait correct. Très proche du métro (150m à pied) mais dangereux d'accès car pas de trottoir (du fait de travaux lors de notre présence). Le petit déjeuner était sympa, l'hôtesse essayait de varier un peu chaque matin et avait des attentions pour les enfants. Par contre point négatif, le quartier est très bruyant la nuit (circulation, chantier, train).

Gentile cliente, nelle note degli orari di check-in è indicato 12.00 alle 22.30, lei è arrivato a mezzanotte e trenta, senza chiamare anticipatamente per sapere se fosse possibile fare il late check-in, essendo un b&b non abbiamo reception 24h ed i check-in oltre l'orario previsto, se non concordati anticipatamente non sono possibili.

Boa noite, tive uma surpresa muito desagradável no momento de chegada, pois não havia ninguém, para nos recepcionar, ficamos cerca de duas horas sentados numa escada de mármore, num frio insuportável. Na questão de limpeza e acomodação foi satisfatória.

Ottimo soggiorno a titina
Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La posizione è ottima e strategica. Manca il bidet. A capodanno ci hanno fatto la sorpresa con una bottiglia piccola di spumante, un panettone e due barrette kinder molto apprezzati. Colazione abbondante.

Picked this one due to the location from Tiburtina. But, this was not a hotel. If you just want to stay for the next day trip to another city by train, it is just fine. If not, please don't even think about it.

Titina B & B is a bed and breakfast very comfortable 20 minutes from the center and 2 minutes walk from bus and subway and Tiburtina station, train station and bus station. On the site and the conditions of sale it is written that the Titina is a B & B and not a hotel.

Sehr laut durch Straßenverkehr.
Preiswert aber sehr schlechte Lage. Zimmer sind einfach aber sauber. Keine Gegend wo man abends Essen gehen kann.

Dear customer, the Titina B & B is a 2-minute walk from Tiburtina station where you can eat pizza dough etc .. etc .. Also inside the apartment you can find a map with dots to eat right next to the B & B, ice cream parlor pub pizzeria restaurant and supermarket.

イタリア語の話せる日本人にはオススメ
　ホテル（B&B：マンション内の一角にある）のロケーション（駅から徒歩2分程度）や、室内のクオリティーは非常に良かったです。 　しかし、駅周辺の治安の悪さは非常に危険です。夜になるとホームレスが駅の周辺をうろつき、ホテルの前のゴミ箱を漁っていたりします。私たちは、ホームレスから襲われそうになりました。 　また、ホテルはマンションの中にあるのでフロントもなく、連絡がつかない限りオートロックの為、マンションの中には入れません。wifiで連絡を取り合っていた私たちはなんとかタクシーのおじさんに携帯で連絡を取ってもらいました。さらに、従業員の方は親切な方ですが、英語をあまり話す事ができません。 　まとめると、【イタリア語を話せる方、滞在中常に連絡ができる端末を持っている方、明るいうちにホテルに到着できる方】にのみオススメします。

Cercano a la estación de autobuses de Tiburtina.
La cercanía a la estación de autobuses nos ha facilitado todos los viajes que hemos hecho, tanto por Roma como fuera. Se trata de un hotel ideal para dormir y desayunar.

Ottima posizione e qualità/prezzo.
Il B&B si trova in prossimità della stazione Tiburtina raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Attenzione, quando uscite dalla stazione rimanete sullo stesso marciapiede senza attraversare la strada e non seguite il navigatore che vi fa percorrere 1.3 km. Il personale è molto gentile, le camere pulite e confortevoli.

OTTIMA POSIZIONE buon servizio, aria condizionata
Vicinissima alla Stazione Tiburtina, comoda, Pulita, Colazione in camera non ricchissima ma compensata dalla comodità di averla in camera all'orario desiderato, quindi senza inutili perdite di tempo per chi ha da lavorare.

Comodo B&B di fronte la stazione Tiburtina.
Ho soggiornato presso il B&B Titina dal 27 al 29 luglio dopo un viaggio in Svezia. Il B&B si trova a pochi metri dalla stazione Tiburtina ed è davvero comodo per chi deve proseguire il viaggio dopo qualche giorno. Mi ha colpito la pulizia della camera e del B&B in generale. Il personale è cortese e disponibile. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

Sweet place to stay, but limited time for check in
Nice and clean room to stay.. Staff are nice. Nice breakfast. They even provides a water boiler in the hall way for making coffee and tea, it is very nice. The air conditioner is a little bit small so it takes some time to lower the temperature, but at least it is work. Not far away from train station and metro, but not so close to those tourist points. Because our room has some distance from the office, the WIFI signal become very week and had some difficulty to access internet. The really down side of this hotel is that It is very very difficult to find, no sign outside, even if you get in the apartment front door, you still have no idea where it is. And the front desk will not be there all the time, so you might have to make a phone call for them to open the door.

Ist ein gemütlicher Ort mit 6 Zimmern. Leider schon morgen durch das Personal sehr laut. Wir waren immer schon ab spätestens 8 Uhr wach.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft für eine Woche in Rom gebucht. Grund: 1. der für Rom vergleichsweise günstige Preis, 2. die fast unmittelbare Lage an der Station Tiburtina (U-Bahn-Anschluss in die Innenstadt, außerdem Direktverbindung vom/zum Flughafen Fiumicino). Auch wenn die Verständigung mit der Besitzerin manchmal etwas schwierig war (wir: kein Italienisch, sie: nur wenig Englisch), hat doch alles bestens geklappt. Sehr nettes Personal. Unterkunft ist in einem normalen Wohnhaus in der 3. Etage gelegen. An der Sauberkeit gab es in unserem Zimmer inkl. Bad nichts zu beanstanden. Frühstück wurde morgens ins Zimmer gereicht, ist - wie in Italien üblich - aber eher spartanisch. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Il b&b titina è ottimo per la sua posizione ad un passo dalla stazione tiburtina (quindi in metro vai ovunque) e loro sono molto gentili e accomodanti. Ha tutto ciò che si puo volere da un bed & breakfast, ci torneremo!

場所に関しては昔よりマシになったとはいえ、tiburtina駅の近くなので便利ですが雰囲気はあまりよくないです。 管理人がいまいち不親切なのでそれが一番のマイナスでしょうか。 朝ごはんも期待してはいけません。ないよりマシという程度です。 シャワーなどもすぐに冷たくなります。 次はもう泊まらないですね。
