Worst experience in my 40+ years of travel. Loud, aggressive dogs barking ALL NIGHT LONG outside and no one attempts to keep them quiet. I got ZERO sleep and feel like crap this morning. I would have been better off sleeping in the middle of the street- and I have to pay money for this?? Also strong mold smell from bathroom and gas smell if heat is on.

We so sorry for the dogs, we are in a country side and same times wild pigs came around our propriety. Probably when you arrive at 23,00 pm (without calling the Hotel first) after a long journey you will hate any small detail that you will find in the apartment.

Comfort in Beautiful Setting
Located next to a nature preserve and part of a horse farm, this is an idyllic setting close to Rome and convenient to the train to hook up with the Metro. The Proprietor was friendly and helpful. For a fily of 4 with two children aged 10 and 9, this worked out well for our stay in Rome.

Buone potenzialità ma tutte inespresse
Buone potenzialità in quanto il luogo è sicuramente apprezzabile, purtroppo dopo l'arrivo ci si rende conto di essere arrivati in un posto nel quale vi è ancora tanto da fare, la simpatia non è sicuramente il piatto forte inoltre la colazione inclusa è una farsa. Con pochissimo impegno si potrebbe renderlo incantevole.

A la campagne, près de Rome, idéal !
Un bon accueil dans une ferme équestre bien entretenue. La piscine est un vrai avantage pour se délasser le soir après avoir marché dans Rome toute la journée. Notre appartement était très bien équipé, doté de deux terrasses et d'un barbecue. Parking privé sécurise. Petit bémol concernant l'insonorisation des chambres mais un très bon rapport qualité prix au final. Pour ceux qui choisiront de partir à Rome en train, le parking est gratuit à la gare située à Settebani.

La Roma agreste e romantica
Ottima esperienza. Gestore gentilissimo. Appartamenti essenziali nelle dotazioni ma gradevoli e romantici. C'è una piccola e pulita piscina circondata dal verde in cui rilassarsi. C'è anche un maneggio in cui, tra le varie attività, utilizzano l'ippoterapia come supporto terapeutico per i ragazzi disabili. A pochi km c'è la stazione per raggiungere Roma. Noi abbiamo preferito recarci in centro con l'auto e in 30 minuti eravamo in Piazza Navona. Lo raccomanderei a un amico, perché meritevole sotto tutti i punti di vista!
