Hotel Pacific Roma

10/10 Excellent

"Our rooms were modern and clean - the breakfast fresh, varied and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is walkable to the Vatican Museums and the nearest Metro is just 5 stops to the Spanish Steps and Via Condotti. The location is residential and we felt safe, although it’s not pretty."

"The hotel is in a perfect location - walkable to everything in Trastavere. The staff was super helpful, and the free breakfast was amazing. The hotel itself wasn’t in the best condition. Lots of wear and tear and starting to show its age. It was great to have a balcony, but our bathroom wasn’t super clean. Strangely our room had only two usable outlets - none in the bathroom and none on or near the bed. We had to charge our phones across the room and couldn’t use hair tools in the bathroom. Overall a good experience but not quite what we expected from the pictures."

"The value for the price was good, it was a great place to stay! Loved the pool however the closing time of 7:00 pm is much too early. The little store was perfect for the little things you forgot or ran out of. Online is states there is an airport shuttle and that registration was easy which is not the case, they also do not run an airport shuttle. As for registration once we arrived, over two hours standing in the hot sun with no shade waiting to get our room, not a great start."

"They were able to check us in to our room 2hrs earlier, which was great to freshen up before seeing the sites. The room was very nice and clean. Breakfast was a little unnecessarily rushed, when we weren't planning to take much time to eat so we could be out to explore. They did cater to our gluten-free and dairy-free restrictions, which is always nice when traveling."
