The AC does not work properly. Makes noise all the time. The mattress is super hard! Needs to be upgraded. Plus side, excellent view of the colosseo.

Great location
amazing location and value for money. The room was far better than expected and we had absolutely no issues at all. 4th stay in Rome, I’ve tried other places (budget to expensive) Would definitely come back here. It’s perfect if you want a nice place to stay but are planning to be out and about the city most of the time.

Good location but loud and inconvenient
There is no sign so the hotel is hard to find. The room was on the first floor with a taxi stand directly outside the window so it was very loud. Because it was on the first floor the shades could not be left open to see the view without people staring in. The location is very convenient. The bed was fairly comfortable and the staff was friendly enough

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and spacious and the location was amazing. The only suggestion is that it needs a little maintenance. The walls in the kitchen need to be repainted and the shower walks have mold. Also, the walls are very thin and you can hear people in other apartments We would stay here again!

Amazing view of the colosseum! Taxi rank is right outside... metro station is a 7 minutes walk. If you are planning to do laundry, the machine does not have a dryer. Check-in/out was very smooth, very friendly hosts.

Great view, but that was about it.
I picked this hotel because of the view. You can't argue it was an AMAZING view. But the reception closes at 6:00 or 6:30 and they charge a fee for late check-in. The hotel texted me to coordinate check-in time and in the text said they would be there until 6:30, if I arrived after that, I would be charged 30 euro. We arrived at 6:15 and I was still charged the 30 euro late fee. The guy said it was because of the weekend. It wasn't until after the fact I checked my text and saw they communicated to me, in writing twice, that late fee would be charged after 6:30pm. Aside from that, the shower was moldy and smelled of mildew. I wasn't sure if I was getting cleaner or dirtier showering in it. Other than that, the hotel was nice. For the one night we stayed there, I'd say it was OK because the view kinda made up for it.

The room was very similar to pictures on the website. We had a 2 floors room with bathroom and lounge in basement. Our room had a view on Colosseo as mentioned; which was great. But was its next to the street its noisy most of day/night. Few restaurant around (but expensive for breakfast) and there is a grocery store at 2 minutes walk. As per expedia deal we had a free bottle of wine but its was half bottle only. There is a small refrigerator and an Nespresso machine. Internet connection is ok. We had two majors disappointment with the room: 1) many very small flies in the room and bathroom 2) from the second day we had a very bad sewage smell in the room The lady working at the desk was very nice and useful.

I was promised the "EGG ROOM" which had a window seat with a view of the Roman Colosseum. I got a room with a view, however, you had to stand at the window. And the room I got, even though I told them I had written confirmation, had a bathroom down a flight of stairs. The bathroom had drain flies all over it. Hundreds of them. it was disgusting trying to shower with bugs.

Colossal noise near coloseo!
Facilities were good with comfortable bed - toiletries and coffee making m/c provided; very noisy position next to a busy junction, taxis waiting directly outside; trams running until at least 2am!!! Wouldn't stay there again, very difficult to get any decent sleep.

Location and room was great but no staff available onsite after 6 PM to communicate i would recommend if you like to stay across from the colosseum and restaurants.

These apartments/Suites are amazing. The View we had of the Colosseum was fantastic. Beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only thing i would say it the room was a bit tatty and could do with a touch up. Other wise the stay was overall good. Would stay here again

Great view but wouldn't stay again.
Very poor rushed check in process with extra fees because we checked in 'late' at 8p. We were not aware of their late check in policy until the room had already been prepaid leaving no possibility of cancellation. The view of the Colleseum was incredible but the hotel is an old apartment that is in need of updating and cleaning. My feet were black when showering due to the unseen dirt on the floor. In addition, there were no amenities provided like soap and shampoo that normally come at any hotel accommodation. Would not recommend to friends or family.

The hotel has a great view of the Colosseum, however, everything else is sub par at this hotel: - rooms very very small - AC not very effective - Bathroom - cannot even stand inside them (so small) - Staff not very friendly - No attendant / onsite staff available

Nasty Hotel
The restrooms are sooooo dirty, there’s mold everywhere, thanks God I brought my flip flops. Hot water never came out, we were freezing as it’s January. Taking a shower wasn’t pleasant at ALL. The toilet and water system is electrical so every time anybody flush it, open the sink at take a shower it makes the louder sound ever!!! Good luck if you’re trying to sleep and have some rest. Two of three door handles were loosened. The walls are dirty, you hear everything from street and from rooms besides. The coffee maker nasty as well, the cushion facing the window was stained. The only positive thing, if you are lucky to get a room facing the Colisseum is the view!!!

Elegante albergo a 2 passi dal supermarket, da ristoranti poco costosi, con mangiare buonissimo, davanti allo splendido Colloseo. Niente rumore della strada o schiamazzi, con guardia e possibilita' di entrare e uscire dall'albergo a qualsiasi ora. Il personale di grande professionalità, umanità e gentilezza.

Maravillosa habitacion
Hermosa, comoda, grande y con vista al Coliseo fue la mejor opcion que pudimos hacer con esta habitacion, era como estar en nuestro apartamento. El unico punto es que solo tienden la cama y no hacen limpieza ojala cambien eso. Y sin duda regreesare en mi proximo viaje a Roma!

Soggiornato nella junior suite al pian terreno. Vicinissimissimi al colosseo, le persone potevano benissimo vederci dalla finestra essendo in basso e proprio vicine alla strada. Peró bellissimo! Da tener conto i vari rumori del tram e dei turisti, ma non mi hanno recato troppo disturbo! Ci tornerei subito! Zona molto animata, supermercati e ristoranti vicinissimi! Personale molto disponibile e gentili!

Estrutura precária, mas vista bonita.
O hotel não tem recepção 24 h (a recepção funciona das 9:30h até as 18h), mas nos informaram que pagando aproximadamente 30 euros iria ter alguém para nos recepcionar a noite, até ai tudo bem só que o local do check in na reserva estava incorreto, e só conseguimos chegar no local certo (não tem nenhum letreiro de hotel) graças a um vizinho do local. O quarto tem uma vista incrível, da janela você pode ver o Coliseu que fica do outro lado da rua, mas se você quiser se hospedar no verão nesse quarto, prepare-se que o ar-condicionado não funciona e lá faz quase 40 º C (descobrimos o problema na noite que chegamos, mas como a recepção não é 24 h só conseguimos um pequeno alivio com um ventilador no dia seguinte, o que não resolveu o problema do calor). Além do total descaso da recepção e do ar- condicionado quebrado, não dava para dormir direito por causa do barulho da rua (todos os tipos de transporte da cidade passam na frente do local e tem um ponto de táxi ali) e se você assim como nós, se hospedar no verão não conseguirá fechar as janelas para minimizar os ruídos e muito menos a cortina black-out para que não entre claridade no quarto. Apesar desses inúmeros problemas, o quarto tem uma boa cama, TV, frigobar e serviço de limpeza bons.

Tove problema com a reserva. O quarto disponibilizado pelo hoteis.come reservado por mim, nao existia. Liguei para hoteis.com varias vezes, pediram tempo pra solucionar. Esgotou o tempo e nada fizeram. Quando cheguei a Roma tive que conversar com a recepcionista e ela me deu um quarto para 3 pessoas, porem semvista para o Coliseu, como eu havia reservado

Boa localização, mas sem serviços de apoio.
Não é um hotel e sim apartamentos que são oferecidos no estilo "bed & breakfast". A localização é bem em frente ao Coliseu, então a vista do quarto é ótima. Por outro lado, passam bondes em frente, ônibus e a avenida é movimentada, então você pode se incomodar com o barulho desde bem cedo. Além disso, por não ser um hotel você pega as chaves e não tem serviço algum à disposição. O café da manhã é apenas um voucher que lhe dá direito a um café e um corneto (uma opção de pão doce, croissant em geral) numa cafeteria próxima. E por fim, o escritório onde você pega a chave só abre às 9:30h, então se chegar antes desse horário deve ficar esperando de pé na rua como nós ficamos. Se isto fosse avisado teríamos ficado no aeroporto sentados numa cafeteria até mais tarde.
