Very neat and clean, reception and other staffs are very very helpful. Rooms are cleaned on daily basis. Hotel is very close to most of the travel destinations and railway station.

Easy, clean and simple
I arrived late evening and was stayng one night. Room was very small, but in a good condition, clean, bright colours. I liked it. Due to the size of the room I would not choose fir a long stay, but for a good sleep over it was perfect.

A nice hotel typical of the area
It’s a nice typical Roman 3 star hotel. Staff very helpful. My only frustration was the wifi in the area of my room kept lagging or cutting out. The amenities are all good- as expected

I have stayed at this hotel in the past and every time we go it even better than the first. They have remodeled the rooms and the staff is always helpful and courteous. I love this place and I will always stay there when in Rome! Diana 09/08/19

Not what it seems
The location is pretty good but the hotel should not be rated as 3 stars. The room needs some TLC. The view outside the window was a wall and there was very little light coming in. While the room was clean, I would never have chosen this hotel for the money I paid should I have known how it looks.

This hotel is acceptable if you’re on a budget and looking for a place to basically keep your things while you tour. The room we had was very small... typical of Europe. Fire alarms in the middle of the night, elevator broke down the morning we left, and if you didn’t let them clean your room at 0800, it wasn’t getting cleaned. The breakfast was basically fruit, croissants and hard boiled eggs... if you want any anything more, you have to walk to one of the other nearby hotels and pay for their breakfast. The elevator only holds 2 grown adults... weight or size, it’s small and doesn’t hold much. You’re playing musical chairs getting a family up and down from the room if you have anything more than two people. I was rather nervous riding the rickety thing! The beds were OK... not comfortable my any means, but for a few days they were ok. The restaurants downstairs are actually quite good! I’d recommend La Bottega next door. It’s not close to ANY of the major tourist spots, so you’ll be walking a bit to get anywhere. The outside and look of the hotel was a little sketchy too... lots of trash on the street, the front of the hotel could use some cleaning, and the lobby was a bit run down. Again, if you’re heading to Rome on a budget... this place will work. Just keep your expectations low.
