Dear guest,We are sorry to read your review. All of our rooms were completely renovated during Covid and our maintenace staff fixes all the issues daily. Our bathroom supplies are good quality hotel brand supplies. All of our beds are egonomic and good for the back, if you are not used to this kind of mattress, it is unfair to write that the bed is not comfortable. When our guests report a non working tv, we either repair it or replace it. When we have many check outs all together, we need to go fast, so sometimes we do not mention the deposit. It is not a problem because the amount goes automatically back to the card after the pre-authorisation expires. Our policy is that after 3 days of "do not disturb", we need to clean the room. Ha prenotato e soggiornato in una camera singola, la tipologia di camera con il box doccia piú piccolo ma comunque grande 70x70, dimensioni standard in Italia.L'acqua funziona regolarmente, sia fredda, che calda, che tiepida. Avrebbe potuto chiedere alla reception spiegazioni su come usarla.Cordiali saluti

We did our best to repair it promtly but a piece needed to be replaced and we had to wait the end of the weekend.All of our guests, and it can be seen in the other reviews, appreciate our staff. "Less than friendly"remains your personal point of view.Our 4th floor has lofted ceiling, not all of our rooms have lofted ceilings, that would be impossible. If you would have requested a room with lofted ceilings, you would have received a room with lofted ceileings. You did not request it.As far as the keys, you kept coming in and out on different times, and kept requesting for new keys each time.We do NOT steal at Hotel Camelia and we never had. We had just changed our property management system and the staff member made an honest mistake because of the new system.Best regards

You came with 4 guests and pretended to let them up without ID. We simply asked for ID, which is the law. There was no need to insult and raise your voice to the front desk clerk just because he was doing his job.Regards
