The hotel was convenient and fine for our overnight before our train journey the next day. Check in was friendly and straightforward, rooms were large and the original elevator was really cool. I’m not sure how this is a 4-star hotel though. The rooms felt unwelcoming and there were dirty marks all over the walls, plus the kettle was broken. Didn’t seem worth complaining about since we were just there one night and arrived so late. Rooms need a total re-fresh as it could be a stunning hotel

The Golden Tulip Piram is an older compact hotel in the center of Rome. Great location for meeting up with tours as well as walking distance to the many restaurants that are nearby. The hotel staff were very helpful anytime we had a question. The breakfast buffet is a great way to start the day. I would stay there again when in Rome.
