"There was a leak in our room leaving a continuous puddle on the floor, the sink dripped, and carpet was coming up in spots. The staff was amazing. There were angry guest because of 2 large busses taking up the drop off area, they handled it amazingly. The man working the dining area during breakfast was so incredibly sweet. The staff truly made the trip amazing."

"All of the staff were amazing! We arrived early anticipatipating to just park and return later for check in… But our room was ready! Everything was perfect and an awesome location for all shopping and dining! I do think parking should be free as a hotel guest but it was $26 per vehicle - I met my son for Mothers Day weekend so had to $52 extra for us to park. "

Very down to earth and personable. we were in town for the birth of our granddaughter, and they even asked to see pictures when we arrived the next evening after she was born. The elevator did break down and we were on the 3rd floor, but it was fixed quickly. We were satisfied with breakfast. Rooms are a little small but served our purpose for our 2 night stay.
