"Wonderful experience. Well maintained, great staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. Also, they make you feel like they know you, and you are a welcomed guest. Upon leaving, the friendly desk clerk gave me a big, happy smile a bright "See you next time!" (This must be a charming example of legendary southern hospitality, because only a day earlier I was greeted at a Chick Fila in Concord and sent off from the Spa in Pinehurst with the same cheery "See you next time!" :))"

"The picture of the room was not what I was exception that weekend, the room was small and the room that we were in had water damage on the top of he window area and also at the bottom of the window area. The mattress was not comfortable at the same time. We did have breakfast and was ok on that area."
