"The staff, Meadow, was very helpful and kind. We were welcomed with bottled waters and treats for my grandkids. She was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the beds were very comfortable. My grandkids really enjoyed breakfast. Overall an amazing experience!"

"Wanted to stay here for pool and hot tub but they were both out of order so could not use them. The air-conditioning in the room had a fan problem and the rattle was so loud it kept waking us. The shower rod was just short of falling on the floor because it was pulled out of the drywall and the breakfast area and libby was without a/c"

"Staff and room were great. My only concern is the difficulty opening the door from the stairwell to the second floor. The door dragged on the carpet and was extremely hard to push/pull open. In an emergency this could be disastrous. I don’t know about the other doors, but I expect the same problem exists."
