This place is absolutely disgusting!!!!!!!! The room was filthy! The entire property was full of suspicious smells!Their idea of breakfast is a box of package of muffins or a cereal bar. The room was so dirty we refused to sleep there. The front desk lady was very understanding. I would give this place 0 out of 10! I could never recommend anyone staying here.my family's health and safety are worth more than a cheap hotel room!

This property seems to have ppl that live there. That's not the issue, but as someone who was staying there to get rest, it was not possible. The ppl that live there are loud, and inconsiderate of others. Dogs barking. The ppl that lived next door to the room I was in spent all night fighting one night. 2 other nights I got woken up out of a dead sleep to my bed being shaken be the same couple having sex. Which again is fine, but maybe then ppl that live there should be on one side of the hotel, and ppl trying to rest can be on the other side. Also, maybe invest in better insulation so ppl can't hear everything. I will not be back. As a single women traveling alone it did not feel safe. To many ppl loitering and wondering around.

Overall it is a good hotel for the price the staff was very polite and helpful the rooms were spacious with the kitchen that's in them the beds are very comfortable didn't care for the vocation of the hotel if you don't own or have a vehicle there isn't much as far as gas stations or grocery stores or anything for that matter with him walking distance otherwise I would give it a four stars

The only good thing about this place was the clerk. She was very friendly. The whole place is old and not well maintained. The furnace in our room did not work and we had to move to another room. You get what you pay for. Never again.

Bed bugs in the room, big bed bugs! Trash underneath the mattress. Kitchen cabinets delaminating… not good….not good at all. We want to make sure we are not charged for this reservation. We checked out of this hotel immediately, never unpacked luggage stayed on the cart.

It was very dated. Tv didnt work, but they replaced it. Stains on the ceiling, holes in the blinds, chips in the tub and counter. The rug was pretty dirty too. I kept my sandals on.

We stayed there twice in 2018 & 2021. Was very disappointed when we were given a sack breakfast of water, fruit cup and fruit bar this spring instead of a hot breakfast that other motels were serving. Won't be back.

I was upgraded to a remodeled room - it was decent. The blankets on the bed were 2 thin sheets. The walls are thin and everything in the surrounding area could be heard through the walls. It was convenient and cheap for one night in the area.

I had a comfortable experience. It’s not a five star hotel. Largely working folks staying there. But it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were real nice. For me, it was worth driving five miles out of route.

Mayo Shuttle was discontinued which is why I booked this hotel next to the VA CBOC. Breakfast was inadequate with no or sometimes one granola bar. I had used this hotel for twenty years but will do so with caution again dependent on the Mayo Shuttle availability.

The only thing that really bothered me was the toilet was not flushing and we ended up fixing it our self because when we first arrived there they gave us a 1 queen bed then moved us to a 2q beds overall the stay was good price was the cheapest that i could find near the hospital

They show pictures of elaborate breakfast, but they just have "grab bags" which consist of bottled water, and MAYBE a piece of fruit but they can't confirm that. Very smelly, smoky in the whole hotel.

Lance, I am very sorry you are disappointed in our breakfast. Our brand standard model has changed since the photos were taken. They have been updated. Our deepest apologies about the smoke odor. We are 100% non-smoking and do our best to catch it whenever possible.
