Very clean, very nice and comfortable. Walking distance from many great places to eat, movie theater, Legoland, bowling, painting and train station. Great and warm indoor pool, nice gym and outside sitting. Staff members are helpful and very nice. Definitely coming back

The rooms were in disrepair. Toilet rocked. Vent fan in bathroom screamed loudly when turned on from bad bearing. Shelves were pulling off walls. Hair dryer was pulling off the wall. Room had a musty odor.

The office was closed when I arrived. The sheets, comforters, and top covers are all stained. Everything is filthy. I paid extra for a superior room, but have a missing lamp shade and a burned out bulb. Don’t let the pictures of cleanliness fool you. This place is a dump

The worst hotel I ever stayed, first, they charged me $30 more than I booked by Expedia, Second, due to uncleanliness and bad conditions of the hotel I checked out before I stayed my whole time and they never refund my unuse money, I informed the front desk for early check out and they told me they will refund my money but they didn’t although I contacted Expedia many times, Additionally, the toilet was not working, the bed was dirty, no towel, no toilet paper, the customer service was rude and unprofessional. It was the worst hotel i ever stayed, please don’t reserve at this property if you value yourself and your money.

Lady at the desk was a gem. She was patient and prompt with assistance. However, 1st room we checked into was dirty still. Wash cloths and towels still had makeup and dirt. Bathroom floor had pee on the floor. Bed was made but had dirty sheets like someone ate Cheetos. Next room was only cleaned to the minimum. New towels and new sheets. Smelled really bad of smoke. Both rooms had running toilets and one had stopped up sink and tub.

I like its because it closer to shopping and dinners are very convenient, the room is clean but the fridge is making too noise could hardly sleep. I will definitely return again hahaha but please fix the fridge and want a better room next time so I can sleep hahaha

Came 12 at night. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Sheets were so filthy that wife didn't want to sleep there. As it was VERY VERY late, finally slept there with all clothing on. Floor had crumbs and towel in bathroom had brown stains. Hard stains. I didn't touch towel, but scared to think of what the stains were from!!! ( I couldn't request a different room, because my children were in the adjacent room)

The property was dirty. The interior of the room was dirty doesn’t look like it’s been vacuum in weeks. There were no towels in the room we had to go to the front desk to get towels the toilet barely flushed! Should I continue or are you getting the picture?

The molding in bathroom was coming off the walls , the air condition / heat unit was covered in sticky stuff substance and worked poorly . Electrical outlet covered were broken and closing wires (I stayed in room 140) smaller than pictured in Expedia pictures , room did not match the size I paid for. There was 1 towel and 2 hand towel in room. I booked a stay for 2 people . I booked a kind size room and the bed I had was a queen size . Room I booked advertised a separate shower and bathtub. Not what was in room . Police came to RedRoof in 3 times to hotel thru the course of a stay from Friday to Sunday for other tenants/ issues. The parking lot was flooded and so was the walkway…. I would not recommend… they would not furnish me additional towels to room until late Saturday when I had to beg for an additional towel and hand towel. They didn’t have wash cloths… I was very disappointed. I expected a lot more based on the pictures of the room .
