I am sorry that the walk took you 30 minutes. We are 0.6 miles, 6 blocks which is about a 15-minute walk to the main Mayo clinic building and right across the street from Saint Marys Hospital. If walking is not your thing, we do have a Mayo Patient shuttle that is complementary that is available as well that gives door to door service.

I am sorry that you did not receive excellent service from our bar staff. We would like to hear more about your experience so we can coach the staff member on it. I am happy that is seems that everything else with your stay was good.

Sorry we were not up to expectations on the restaurant it's not everyone's cup of tea. We now have a Starbucks located in our building that just opened this week and as you know we do have many restaurants located within walking distance of the hotel so hopefully you were able to try those. We hope you will stay with us again in the future.

Thank you for the kind review. We are about a 10–15-minute walk from the main Mayo Clinic building and a 5-minute walk from Saint Marys Hospital. We do have an amazing shuttle service with great drivers, so walking is not necessary if you do not have a vehicle. We hope that if you have to come back for Mayo that you will choose us again.
