Basically a converted motel, door looked like it had been kicked more than once. Bathroom dirty. Im not a princess but this was just plain gross. Basically slept on top of the sheets waiting for morning and tried not to touch anything

I’m pretty easy to please, just give me a clean room, fresh towels and a comfortable bed and I’m okay. This place had none of them. Dirty towels left in the bathroom, bugs in the shower, pretty much the whole package of “never stay here again.

Property looked like is was once a very nice place to stay. You could tell that it lacked care or concern for the customers. Very worn out. On a good note the bed was comfortable and the water pressure and temperature was good. I would not spend more than one night.

Someone cut down bushes but never removed the cuttings. The room had mold on the floor and the drain in the shower was clogged. I checked and there was s stick in the drain. When I pulled out the string there was a lot of stuff on it so it had been there for quite some time. Beneath that was hair on the drain. I did not remove that. A property can be dated but it needs to be clean and functional.

The room smelled like smoke, the carpet was very dirty. Got switched to another room smelled a little better but the sheets had lots of blood stains and another stain that i don't know what it was. I couldn't stay there i had to leave. I wouldn't let my dog sleep on that bed if i had one. The place was just dirty and nasty overall. Thankfully i received a refund.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.

Skip this hotel
This "hotel" should be bulldozed. The first clue was the exhaust fan completely covered in dust and not working. The light switches where unscrewed and not working. The floor was uneven, the chair broken, the sink was tilted. the shelf in the bathroom looked like it was about to fall over. The room stank of smoke, the entrance door was repaired poorly several time and had no working security lock. Well I lasted until 4 am and gave up.

Our ultimate goal is for our guests to be comfortable both in the summertime, and in the winter. Our maintenance staff has a regular schedule dedicated to checking the working order of appliances, the state of the furniture in the rooms, and bathroom fixtures. I am sorry that we failed to do this during your most recent stay. I am especially upset to hear that the situation was not addressed right away.

There was no positive to this property. As a business traveler I have never stayed in such a dirty and badly maintained hotel. The truck stop outside my room was terrible, noise all night. I am shocked Expedia has this property on there site.

Bedding was horrific. Room was dirty. The guy at truckstpp next door even said bad choice. Wyndham you are crazy for allowing your name on this dirty motel. Had to go get our own clean blanket out of our truck. We asked for new sheets and pillowcases. Thankful for hot water. $70 and not even coffee.

STAY AWAY!!! Burned-on food in microwave, gaping holes in bathroom wall, black mold in shower, bathroom hadn't been cleaned, no blankets AT ALL to start and cigarette burns in the paper-thin cotton blanket that was finally provided, etc., etc. Bed hard as a rock, pillows smelled. A total DUMP. Demanding a full refund. Really a horrible place. Don't make my mistake.

The hotel was horrible. Unsafe and dangerous. There were homeless people yelling at the hotel employee when I was checking in. We decided it was unsafe to stay there and left. I will be calling hotels.com for a full refund

We reserved two rooms. They were both at dirty and smelled. The bed sheets in one room was dirty. Bed spreads had burn marks on them. There was a smell to each room.

Property is not kept up with cobwebs and dirt around outside doors. Had to ask them to clean our room again. No hairdryer in room. Very convenient to RIT is why we stayed anyway. Staff friendly and housekeeping very nice. No breakfast as advertised on Expedia. Had coffee and juice machine was broken.

Crummy icky depressing dump
Smelly trashy and threadbare. Floors in the hall weren’t vacuumed recently and everything in the room is shabby with sloppy patches peeling drywall tape and blotches of caulk. Lowbrow and icky. Couldn’t wait to turn the lights out. Stank of pot smoke when we walked in. Light is broken on the sign and the place looks abandoned when arriving at night. If only....
If only they invested a little more in straightening up the facade. If only they checked the freezer for a half consumed bottle of lemonade. If only the odor was more tolerable. The service was sketchy on arrival and better on departure.

The property shown in the picture is on the website is not the actual property. It is run down on the outside. The lobby and room were nice. But as a woman traveling alone it would not have been a choice. It does look like they are making repairs and updates as fast as possible and my room was nice for a place to sleep while visiting my daughter at school.

this place was a crap hole . I wouldn't let my dog sleep there. I walked in the room took one look and left. the hallways were filthy. so I payed for a room I didn't sleep in it .

The motel looked like it was closed. It had no customers except us. The room was like something from a horror movie. Dirty, insect ridden, and a disgusting odor. We walked in and 30 seconds later walked out. We drove another 50 minutes and found. Lovely Microtel.

Soo... Its run down.. needs MAJOR update and Remodel. Room was old, bed quilt was torn. Bed sheets and pillows were Clean and smelled clean. The overall room was clean but the scent of Smoke, Old rug was absolutely Strong!!.. Bathroom was clean but need MAJOR UPGRADE!! If you need a quick stay then you're fine... Don't bring the kids and assume youre getting 3-5 star hotel. Youre getting a clean Motel!!😳

Room smelled terribly, like after a bad water leakage...Door locker didn't work properly (took a lot of effort to open the door), shower rubinet was broken... Will never stay again in this place, even if it was free

Place was very outdated and run down. Toilet, phone, and bathroom door did not work. Front lobby still had March 2020 calendar posted as of July 2022. It felt like a ghost town. Questionable decor inside hotel room. Lots of mold in the mini-fridge.

Condemm this place
The most discusting motel ive ever slept in. The room was so dirty we wouldnt even take our shoes off. The place should be condemmed. The photos are a lie picture perfect place not. I would not recomend this place to anyone. Checked out after first night
