“a good choice if going to st mary's”

right across the street from st mary's hospital. convenient, affordable parking, close to all kinds of food choices, easy access from hwy 52. even tho it is right across from the hosp it was very quiet. very helpful staff, kudos to them

Very welcoming, efficient and accommodating staff. Food was very good in the restaurant. Even though the hotel is relative small, they had everything I wanted and needed. I would recommend this hotel.

I have always liked Courtyard. Their rooms are clean, wireless internet was easy to connect to and reasonably fast, parking was convenient.

The staff and location of this hotel was perfect for our visit while at the Mayo Clinic. We needed a quiet place after long days at the Mayo and this hotel was just perfect. We especially enjoyed having the storage in the room along with fridge and microwave.

Four nights at this hotel, and I was very pleased with the experience overall. Room was spacious, clean, and a comfortable bed - and the balcony was a nice feature as well. I thought the food in the restaurant was excellent and a good value. I will definitely stay there again!

“Good place to stay when you have to go to Mayo Clinic”

Courtyard Marriott's have never disappointed me yet. There beds are the most comfortable that I have slept in.

somewhere on the site I know I saw skywalk, but its alomost 2 miles from Mayo. Another issue was it stated Free continental breakfast and its not. Its $9.50. Other than that, really nice staff and really comfortable. Nice room.
