When walking in the front door, there was an overwhelming musty smell. Main floor hallways and elevator were dirty. However, our room was surprisingly clean and did not smell. The carpet on out floor and in the stairwells appeard to be new. For the cost I'd say it wasn't a bad hotel.

We were pleasantly impressed with this Property! We were given the 3rd floor room and from the Hallways to the Bathroom/Shower it was maticulatly clean and tight. Bed made perfectly TV remote worked with the TV! Now for my odd comment; on my way to the elevator I stopped at the Vending area, a snack machine & Soda perfectly stocked with a GREAT Variety and plenty of different items to choose from and the reason I add this is that if they attention to theses details they care about everything else!! Also the young man at the desk was beyond efficient in checking us in. I have stayed in rooms with rates double this to be fully disappointed. Definitely a 5 Star!

We went an hour after the pool opened and the kiddie pool was cold water instead of warm. Kids were shivering after 5 minutes being in the pool. Our bath tub was old, the plug was rusty and did not work to run a bath. The shower curtain was thin and very light, caused water leakage while showering. The staffs are very nice and friendly. Made the stay a lot more pleasant and tolerable.

The hotel smelled in the hallways and in the room. The exterior was barely lit. The person behind the desk never mentioned there was parking behind the hotel. The breakfast was horrid. The eggs and sausage were cold. To have cereal you had to go to the front desk to get milk. Seriously who steals milk. Lighting in the room was dismal. Glad I only reserved the room for one night. Oh and forget obtaining a receipt because the hotel computers don't work.

The outlets covers were missing in our room. Our refrigerator was not secure and about fell out of the frame it sat in when you went to open it. Also the mirror wasnt secured to the wall. A toddler could easily be hurt with all. A neighboring room the peep whole was bored out and they had to hang clothing over door so someone couldnt look in.

Decent hotel with a friendly staff. It's a bit older and could use some updates, but I really a good experience. I would not, however, recommend the adjoining Crooked Pint Ale House. We were seated and ignored for 45 minutes. It would be better to eat off-site, unfortunately.

I had a very nice stay. Loved the restaurant and comedy club. The room was on the smaller side but very clean. The pool/ hot tub area was clean. The only issue was the hot tub, the bubbler would run for a few minutes then shut off for 5-10 mins. Then run for 5 mins and shut off again. Other then that it was a pleasant experience.

Is an old building, but looks nicely remodeled, took over 10 minutes for someone to show up at the front counter when I arrived to check in. (I was waiting behind a women who was also waiting to check in) - the following morning I had walked over spilt food in the main hallway a couple times before leaving back on the road. - the spill was not more than 10 feet away from 2 employees at the front desk. But they didn’t seem bothered by the mess.. hotel was great! Staff / customer service needs a little work and I can def see this hotel doing much better than 2 stars!

Morning breakfast was less than be desired. Very old and dry pastries, NO COFFEE! and eggs were cold. No one to wipe down tables. Staff was courteous and helpful, but the breakfast deal was a real downer and left a bad taste with the stay.

I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. He certainly could have been more welcoming. I found someone’s food left in the fridge.
