"This is a beautiful hotel. The staff attitude towards guests that pay high $$ for rooms could certainly improve. We had difficulty with our room key and front desk staff kept sending us between the room floor and the lobby for help, and security even said we were the 4th issue with keys. If they would explain how to use the key (hold still over sensor for 2-3 seconds) it would have saved alot of aggravation.
Our room was very small for $265 a night but could be because it was an Expedia room. Otherwise it was very pleasant and we felt safe."

"Shower head was falling off, air conditioning was not working properly (seemed the filters were clogged), desk clerk was distracted and there was no available coffee/grab-and-go breakfast option for early airport commute."
"Had high expectations for this stay, but was somewhat disappointed. Staff seemed unorganized when we arrived. Everyone was polite though. Our fridge didn't work, but the hotel did fix that. The shuttle busses to Graceland were not very clearly marked and the announcements for them were non-existent. On the plus side, both restaurants on the property were very good."
