Please note that we have renovated a number of internal bathrooms and our next phase of renovation will shortly be the shared bathrooms. May we suggest booking a room with an opulent Art-Deco-styled private ensuite next time you visit us. We are surprised to read your review but thank you for your time in doing so.. Our staff are a combination of both experienced, and local employees that adhere to our high standard of service and have received many ongoing accolades from our guests. Unfortunately you stayed with us when our internet and that of other nearby areas and suburbs where affected by a NBN black out, however because of this, we have now installed satellite connections and backup technical software to ensure this does not happen in the future. We hope to see you again in the future

We are always thrilled to hear from guests that they loved our 100 year old hotel that is timeless, elegant and has a vintage charm.
