Overall good, hospitality was okay for the price we paid and everything is near which is an added bonus. Would probably book again if im ever in the area.

This place was probably THEE worst place I have ever stayed at. The bed sheet had literal burn holes on them, not 1 not 2, but almost 10 burn holes!! I took it off and even the sheet underneath was dirt and had hair on it! The toilet has these brown marks on the seat. The room stunk. It was just so bad! I felt so dirty laying on the bed. I was freezing because I couldn’t even sleep with the nasty bed covers. There was tagging all over the furniture. Honestly, dont even think about purchasing a room, spend the extra money and stay some where nice!

Could be better
I’ve stayed here before over a year ago and it seems like the conditions have gotten worse. Didn’t have a working fridge and the lights in the entire room were glitching and sometimes wouldn’t stay on. Definitely wasn’t worth the price but it was the only motel near with a reasonable price on a Friday.

the building is so off level that the flooring and ceiling is deteriorating and crumbling. it is going to collapse soon. restoration is very needed

Just right. In all ways.
I was having a pretty bad day. Upon my arrival at this motel though, it started to turn for thee better. The front desk staff was very friendly and efficient. The room was standard, but clean and quiet with nice fluffy pillows. Everything worked correctly and it was good stay. Will return again.

Passport Inn & Suites has always been a good full circle situation the staff are very nice people very helpful and good pricing!! The location is rght off the freeway very convenient and there are many stores and restaurants in the surrounding area... Although they do need some remodeling done and new amenities and towels and furniture in the rooms but I highly recommend this hotel for any amount of time of Stay

We had gotten a non smoking room, it reeked of cigarettes and weed, there were stains on some of the furniture, the shower had low pressure and did not get very hot, there was no screen over the window so we could not leave it open without some kind of bug flying in, it looks like there used to be a pool but it’s filled with concrete now, there is plenty of places to eat nearby but the overall area felt pretty unsafe. Some of the other tenants there looked like they were living there for a long time, and were rude and nosy, the beds were stiff, but the staff was very nice, I understand it must be hard to maintain a nice hotel in a bad area, but there are limits, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone. For the price it is not worth it.

This place has roaches and bedmites. The first room they gave me there weren't shelves in the minifridge. There was ice that had formed in the bottom thatcresulted with lot of mopping

It’s a basic hotel nothing extra. Because of the area you will experience a mix of characters (unsavory). Customer service is absolutely amazing. Respectful and work with you.

This motel is pretty standard as far as motels go and I appreciate the fact that the staff are helpful and prompt and also give u ur space and just let u do ur thing. Not the cleanest however that's fixable cos I was able to just clean up to my comfort and then it was pretty nice plus their beds r nice and comfy
