"Room - Bottom of bathtub not clean. Staff - Initial arrival & overnight clerks at check-in very personable; clerk at check-out seemed bothered by my not seeing small box for door cards at front desk. Parking - Adequate parking; could have done without operator of motorcycle with loud mufflers warming up engine at 7am; hopefully adjoining neighborhood doesn't continue to dilapidate. Breakfast - Didn't partake as disappointed not included in rate."

"We will probably not re book this property. The building and location are great and walking distance easily to grab streetcar- that part was awesome. We were never greeted at anytime entering or leaving building. —staff acted like they didn’t want to be there. Thank yous were said but only at check out. The place was not busy- but getting ready for FIFA crowds. No one we asked- valet and front desk could tell us where the streetcar station was…? It’s literally around the corner. We didn’t get housekeeping as she came at 4ish and we had just returned for the day to get ready for dinner plans. . She was dismissive and didn’t offer any towels or anything. We just stated that we had just returned. Floor/ carpet was wet in areas at check in. Everything else was clean and nice. Requested a fan a couple of times. We did receive it- but front desk seemed annoyed for the request. I love KC and we were on a staycation. I was disappointed that this would be the energy for all the excitement about to happen around town. We had a great time- but the staff definitely were not interested in our stay:(."
