Staff are helpful, will give you good advice on how to navigate Rio, friendly and accomodating, plus the hotel is beside a police station so you will feel safe :)

The location of this property is prime for near by restaurants and walking distance to the beach and shopping areas. I would also like to recommend that if you can, get a room with a balcony. The people at the front desk were friendly and helpful. It could use an upgrade though. There are no irons, ice machines or microwaves.

La ubicacion del hospedaje es excelente. La limpieza y mantenimiento del baño fue desastroso. La puerta del baño tenía su cerradura dañáda. La reserva se realizó con habitación vista parfcial al mar pero nunca la tuvimos a pesar de reclamar no había disponibilidad.
