The hotel was clean and the staff nice and welcoming. There was a problem with parking. Four vehicles took up a total of 16 spaces in the front parking area. If a vehicle and trailer needs more than one space, they should be asked to move to the farthest spots from the front entrance. Other than that, our stay was good!
The hotel was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was good. There was a variety of things to choose from. They kept it well stocked all through the breakfast period. The staff was friendly and helpful. There are many restaurants to choose from close to the hotel. It was also nice to have a shopping center across the street. Richmond itself is a nice town. It is also less than 30 minutes to Lexington. We would definitely stay again.
My parents live in Richmond and the kids like the indoor pool so we always stay here. Friendly staff upgraded our room this time when the first room smelled bad. Lots of shopping and food across the street was very convenient,
My two sisters and I were in town for a concert at the local college. This was a much nicer option than a hotel room! We stayed in the Ashley suite with two double beds, a small kitchenette and a separate living area. The bathroom was very nice too.
