"The good: Conveniently located at the intersection of Interstate 70 and Highway 27. There are a variety of places to get food within a half mile going south on 27. Baymont is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Staff members were very helpful and easy to talk with. Breakfast was excellent. The not-so-good: Furniture and curtains are well worn with obvious signs of deterioration. No TV channel guide in room. The shower floor is dangerously slippery. Bed is quite high. Despite my criticisms, I would stay in this hotel again."

"There was no air conditioning in the entire building. The room A/C was broken and kept the room at about 80 degrees. The entire place was dirty. The room was dirty. The towels were stained. The bedding was stained. The roof leaked. There were bugs. This place is an absolute dump and should be condemned."

"We had a great time at this 1940's built Mid-Century Modern Classic. The house architecture was amazing and the grounds are impressive. We had plenty of room inside and outside for a large group. There are several large gathering areas inside the home so lots of space to be with others or to have some time to yourself. I enjoyed the awesome stereo and my 5 year old grandson had the TV figured out and working in about 2 minutes. We were in town for a wedding and it rained on our "free" day, so we did not get a chance to use the outdoor kitchen and grill. We did get to fish a little in the pond and the kids enjoyed that. The house is updated and has nice fixtures, finishes, and appliances, but it retains it's mid-century modern charm. I would recommend it if you have a big group and need a place in Richmond."

"This was our third stay at the Motel 6 in Richmond, IN which has turned out to be a nice value for one night while passing thru the area. Check-in was quick and easy like before, and the person at the desk was very friendly. Highly recommended, I plan on staying here next year at this time."

"No good , dirty and smells bad, stains and holes in the blankets and dirty bathtub. And ask me to pay extra money when she saw I had my 12 year old when I paid for double bed queen that sleeps 4. Lost the money of my reservation because I had rlto leave I couldn't stand the smell and the dirtiness and had go to another hotel then one right behind comfort inn whic is an excellent hotel."
