"good room for the value, you get what you pay for, not a luxury hotel or anything. SUPER dog friendly with a great dog area and direct access to the river trail which is super fun for morning/evening walks. I'm just here for work and sleep so it was perfect. Pool looked fun. dogs give 5 stars."

"Our first time staying in Richland and this house was a great experience! Safe and quiet neighborhood which we appreciated. Home was lovely and as described. The only suggestion I would make would be to have more bath towels available. There were only 5 total for 4 adults staying 3 nights. So just a heads up if you are a bigger group. Again, we had a great stay and the house was perfect for us."

"If you are looking to not perhaps pay as much for The Lodge, this absolutely should be on your radar. The team, rooms, location, breakfast, all the things hit the mark. While I think the remotes likely need to be replaced (as we got the batteries replaced on day 2), due to many thumbs aggressively finding the right channel, that’s still not dropping the 5 STAR rating. We will be back and also for the location, both for walkable options and also a nice river walk, can’t go wrong."
