We stayed in an outstanding corner suite which had a large balcony with a fantastic view towards the mountain Pirin. All windows in the room can be opened which is great. The room was massive and had a dining table and area too. The bathroom was outstanding and massive with both a shower cabin and bathtub. The hotel offers a wonderful breakfast buffet where staff will also prepare you unlimited omelets, egg dishes, crepes, espressos, champagne, freshly squeezed juices, etc. This hotel is truly on a world-class scale!

This modern, chalet-style ski-in, ski-out hotel is situated next door to the Gondola Ski Station in the Bankso resort, which …More
The hotel is amazing, staff are great, but would be unfair to say that they are only in the hotel; bulgarians are happy, cheerfull and helpfull people in general.
Spa is fantastic and free for guests...
Internet works at full strengh anywhere in the hotel...
Transfer from Sofia is available and Shuttle to the ski station works very well
The only minor down side is the location which despite of been in a great area, in winter can be a little problem because Borovets village ends up not been a walking distance destination for a dinner out...
We were two couples so sharing 10levas (£5) each way was never a problem...
But still if you have a full board deal or feel like, the hotel's restaurant definitely deserves a thumbs up!!!!
"Very nice but ... bring your own cooking utensils!"
Overall excellent. My only complaint was that although our 2-bed apartment had a kitchenette, no cooking items (e.g. pot, kettle) were provided. Apparently because we had not requested them at the time we booked.
Great hotel, clean, modern, large selection for breakfast buffet, spa facilities great. Bus running to gondola every half hour from 8-5.30. The only down point was having to get a taxi into town to go out in evening. The disco at hotel was quiet/empty and we didnt want to eat at hotel in evening as we liked to try a range of foods.
This hotel is suitable for all - couples, families etc
I needed a place to stay for just one night after a late evening arrival at Plovdiv airport. Staff was helpful and friendly but since Bulgarian is my native language I couldn't really say anything on their foreign languages skills. The room was clean and quite spacious and to my surprise there was even a kettle but no tea/coffee, sugar, not even spoons. Door lock was a bit flimsy, standard keys used. Lifts are really old with no automatic door.
Location is great - right in the heart of the city, just off the main pedestrian street and within a short walk from all tourist attractions. It gets a bit noisy at night due to the bars and restaurants next door but that was fine for a short stay. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place if you are staying longer, on a holiday and/or with family.
