I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel especially around the pool area. The pool size was good but they coukd have done with a couple more loungers. If the place hade been really busy there coukd have been a bun fight. The only irritation was on Sunday morning breakfast was not served until 7.20 and i was being picked up at 7.30. A very rushed breakfast that morning.

Lovely hotel, nice staff and good breakfast.
Breakfast is lovely , a lot of choice too. The views from the 6th floor ( where we stayed) where amazing , lovely watching the sunset/sunrise. Room was very clean, the maid was kind too. The beds are comfy however, they’re 2 single beds together which is very annoying. It is right next door to the main strip full of bars, so the noise is quite loud in the hotel room, I wouldn’t recommend it to people who don’t want the noise. Overall it was a lovely hotel.

Very nice
Great location, lovely balcony and amazing breakfast. Clean and well.equipped rooms. The two single bed setup is not great but this was the standard setup in the hotel. Very good stay and very good value for money.

Everything was goid exept one of the staff member
Mist of the staff were great but there was one guy in charge of keeping everyone quiet after 23:00. He was horrible, didn't let us play cards in another room, he cursed us twice and shouted at my friend to shut up.

Good for the value and very clean
I enjoyed to stay in Europa. The room was very clean the staff are friendly and helpfully. The breakfast was great. The location is great but nice bars in the old town 10-15 min walk distance. The nice beach 10min walk near to the harbour. For young people teenagers is perfect coz close to the bar street but thats is really crazy with full of drunk people but the hotel is vert quite so you can not hear whats going on that street.

Good value for the price
For the price, especially with breakfast included, this was a great value. The overall stay though was so-so. At check-in they had no indication that we were coming and had to scramble to find a room for us. The reservation doesnt include AC (extra charge) so even though its cooler now outside it still gets pretty stuffy inside. Also, it was raining while we were there so we couldn't open the door to the patio. The room felt clean but we found some bugs in the bathroom, which also floods with every shower because of its design. On the positive side, the hotel is very conveniently located to the beach, bars, restaurants, the old city, and new city. We also found reception to be generally friendly.

Bathroom - no complimentary shower gel or shampoo. Only bathroom where you can sit on toilet, have a wash and shower at the same time!!!! Shower tray too small for average person . Advertises air conditioning but it has to be paid for and unit does not work properly. Perhaps ok for 1 night stay but not any longer. Noisy at night with youngsters.

Just across the street from the beach
This is a very typical European hotel. The beds were hard and low and our 'queen' bed was just two twin beds pushed together, which I really didn't appreciate on my honeymoon. The hotel was convenient to the beach, restaurants and bars. It was a good value for the price, but definitely not a luxury hotel. There was a lot of traffic noise from the street. And I really don't like the European shower with the flimsy shower curtain where the water goes all over the bathroom floor. And trying to hold the shower nozzle while washing my hair, is just too much trouble. Also there were little tiny bugs jumping around the bathroom floor, looked like fleas or something. Other than that, the room was clean and decent. Staff was friendly. Internet was free, but had to go downstairs to get a connection.

Over rated and not three star
This hotel did not match the photographs displayed on expedia. The rooms were below standard; we requested a room for 2 adults and a child and were given 3 single beds side by side with only sheets, no blankets; the walls were spartan and the level of service were poor. We then rebooked to another hotel on rhodes

Good hotel
It did not have good internet connection. However, the room had a nice fridge, hair dryer, iron, etc. It was clean and quiet. It was less the a block away from the beach. It was about 15 minutes walk from old Rhodes and the port.

Ensimmäinen huone aika kulahtanut mutta toinen oli remontoitu ja siisti.Merenpuoleisissa huoneissa kova meteli kadulta ja parvekkeella tuuli välillä reilusti. Aamupala oli hyvä. Henkilökunta mukavaa jokapaikassa. Uimaaltaan baarimikko tosi mukava.

Todella rauhaton hotelli. Ei minkäänlaista äänieristystä huoneissa. Kaikki äänet aamuin öin kuuluu todella selvästi huoneeseen eikä hiljaisuus aikaa kunnioiteta. Suurin kauheus on bilekatu aivan vieressä, josta meteli kuuluu aamuyölle saakka huoneeseen. Huoneet muuten siistit mutta kaipaisi todella päivitystä, wc oli kamala. Aamupala oli todella suppea, makeaa syötävää tarjolla paljon ja todella hiilihydraattinen tarjonta. Hedelmiä tasan kaksi lajia. Henkilökunta oli ystävällisiä.

Hyvä sijainti, yleisesti siisti hotelli, siivoja kävi joka päivä, vaikkakin lakanoita ei vaihdettu kuin kerran viikkoon. Palvelu hyvä, sisäänkirjautuessa klo 11 aikaan saatiin huone ennen klo 13. Huoneessa pieni keittiönurkka, pystyy jotain keittämäänkin. Huoneen oven listat puutteelliset, ääniä kuuluu helposti käytävästä ja lähi baarien popit kuului, ota siis korvatulpat yöksi.

The room was pretty outdated. Cleaning was mostly really bad. Small bugs in the bathroom. Bad view from balcony (2nd floor). The breakfast was okay and the pool area was good. Most times the receptionists were kind!

Kesäkuun alun loma
Huone oli siisti ja hyvä. Parvekkeelta oli hienot näkyvät kaupungille ja altaalle. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja kattava. Aamupalalla oli erilaista tarjottavaa eripäivinä. Huone siivottiin joka päivä ja lakanat ja pyyhkeet vaihdettiin tarvittaessa. Tyynyt ovat hieman kehnot, kaipaisivat vaihtoa. Jääkaappi plussaa sai säilyttää kylmää vettä. Pistorasioita niukasti. Suihku oli hieman ahdas eikä pesuaineita ollut. Erikoismaininta erittäin pehmeistä pyyhkeistä. Hotelli sijaitsee baarikadun alussa ja se aiheuttaa melua joka yö aamuyölle asti. Ilmastointi maksullinen alkukesästä, joten parvekkeen ovi pidettävä kiinni öisin. Muuten hyvä sijainti ranta ja muut palvelut kävelymatkan päässä. Allas alue hyvä, mutta menee kiinni jo kuudelta illalla. Altaalla soitettiin rentoa poppimusiikkia. Hotelli 6 kerroksinen 1 hissi, joten varautukaa odottamaan tai käyttämään portaita

Meille annettiin ensin väärä huone ja pyydettiin maksu, vaikka olin jo varatessa maksanut. Seuraavana päivänä saimme oikean huoneen. Hotellilla on viihtyisä allasalue, mutta ainakin näin kesäkuussa se oli täynnä juhlivaa nuorisoa. Hotelli myös sijaitsee kuuluisan baarikadun päässä, joten musiikki kuului ainakin merenpuoleisiin huoneisiin aamuviiteen asti. Huoneessa niukasti pistorasioita, eikä mitään kuivaustelinettä tai narua.

Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Aamiainen oli runsas ja hyvä. Mikään ei loppunut kesken, eikä myöskään loppumetreillä tulleilla ollut tyhjät pöydät, vaan kaikki saivat syödä rauhassa kaikkea. Ainoa asia mikä häiritsi, oli kadulta ja ulkoa kuuluva meteli. Tosin meillä oli parvekkeen ovi raollaan, jottei tarvinnut laittaa ilmastointia päälle, koska se olisi puhaltanut suoraan sänkyyn. Samoin käytävältä äänet kuuluivat hyvin, varsinkin ovien sulkemiset yms. Viereisistä huoneista eivät äänet kuuluneet eivätkä parvekkeelta, vaikka sielläkin oli porukkaa. Huoneen varustus oli vaatimaton. Juomalaseja oli 2 ja nekin erikoisia yms. Jääkaappi oli hyvä ja toimi. Huone ei toimi sellaisille, jotka haluavat tehdä aamiasen itse. Siihen varusteet aivan liian puutteelliset. Kylpyhuoneeseen olisin kaivannut saippuan lisäksi suihkugeelin yms. Hiusshamppoot ja hoitoaineet ovat monella mukana, mutta useissa paikoissa ne ovat myös kylpyhuoneessa. Kasvopaperit tms. puuttuivat, mutta siihen käytimme vessapaperia. Ei ongelma sinänsä Yleisesti ottaen olin tyytyväinen hotelliin ja kaikkeen. Ruokapaikkoja oli lähellä paljon, mutta toki täytyy uskaltua pidemällekin. Hotellin antama kartta ei ole paras mahdollinen, mutta Info- paikoista saa paremman. Tässä hotelli voisi petrata.

Ystävällinen henkilökunta ja hyvä palvelu. Check in ja check out onnistui nopeasti ja helposti. Uima-allas ja allasalue olivat hyvät. Hotelli erittäin hyvällä sijainnilla: ravintolat ja rannat lähellä ja vanhaan kaupunkiin kävelymatka. Hotelli vanhahko ja huoneiden siisteys ja kunto ok. Kaappien sisällä vähän ummehtunut "vanha" haju ja joitakin pieniä puutteita varustelussa/kunnossa. Ilmastointi kuitenkin toimi hyvin. Öisin viereisistä huoneista kantautui kovaääninen musiikki ja puhe eli ei sovi herkkäunisille. Korvatulpilla pärjää. Sopii parhaiten sellaisille, jotka haluavat kohtuuhinnalla hotellin hyvällä sijainnilla, mutta eivät vaadi luksusta, vaan etsivät majoitusta lähinnä yöpaikaksi.
