"Very beautiful view of Lake from the House. It is a 20 -25 minute drive to Milledgeville, but love the peaceful atmosphere of the home. The Boat Dock has an outlet so that you can charge your boat. The Boat Ramp is about 10 minutes around the Lake (Cosby's Landing), but when you get the Boat in, it is diagonal from the House."
