We were never able to stay at this accommodation. Purchased a night since Tahoe was in the midst of a huge snowstorm and 80 was closed. My husbands flight was initially delayed out of LA so we booked the room - AND PURCHASED INSURANCE - and after booking the room, they cancelled the flight. In the span of less than 30 min, we attempted to cancel the room and were told we could not cancel to get our money back. Don’t bother staying here unless you know you will be staying and the front desk staff had no interest in working with us to sort this out. Expedia had no interest in helping either.

Was only there for one night; got in late and left at the crack of dawn. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and the shuttle to the airport was fast and on time. Certainly met our needs!

Convenient location for our needs. We were pleasantly surprise to find out we had been upgraded to a King Room at no charge. Easy access to the freeway, not too far from downtown and restaurants. Breakfast was hot, tasty and what was expected from this type of hotel. The hotel itself was very quite, the outside noise picked up early in the morning.

Pillows on beds were small and beds were creaky. Not all lamps worked. Staff was friendly, shuttle driver to airport was prompt and courteous. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and ready to be served.

Everything was clean, like new, comfortable (bed on the firm side) pillows nice, huge tv, big room, ample bathroom and towels, like the early shuttle service to airport and the compliment ride back upon return, reasonable daily on site parking charge while away on trip, I liked everything very well. I had to take shuttle to airport at 4am so I missed the free breakfast but coffee was ready at that hour. I will absolutely use this place again.

The staff was very pleasant and cordial they were very helpful! The breakfast was just alright, however i have had better at other Choice hotels more options. I've also had less at other hotels in the past. I appreciated the opportunity to check in early! The room especially for the price/rate was excellent!

POOR HOTEL
We chose this hotel because of it's rating but it ended up being very disappointing. For 2 of the 3 days we had no hot water in our room, there was a blood stain on our comforter and drug needles in the bush where we parked our car in the back of the hotel. WE DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN.
