"Breakfast was awesome. The rooms are comfortable for business travel, not great for tourism. The location of the hotel is convenient for the train station, but didn't love the parking arrangement. Overall, good for business travel, but there could be better offerings if going for tourism... did I mention that the breakfast was awesome!"

"We stayed in one of the apartments. Getting in and out of the apartment was not easy as the hallway was extremely narrow. Also, the hallway and stairwell smelled terrible like sewage. The apartment itself was nice. When we stayed it was very warm outside which was extremely hot inside especially upstairs as it’s by the roof. The hotel.com website does not state that there’s no air conditioning in the unit. Although it does not specifically state there is AC, we just assumed it had it. When we mentioned to the staff the unit is very hot they did not apologize or seemed to care at all and only stated “it says on the website there’s no AC”. Hotels.com should really update their website to include this very important information."

"The location is very good, with many restaurants nearby and a supermarket within about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is convenient for exploring the area. There are a few areas that could be improved. The shower drainage was quite slow, causing water to accumulate during use, and the shower pressure was weaker than expected. We stayed on the second floor and experienced noticeable noise from the street and surrounding area late into the night, sometimes until around 2:00 a.m. The lighting throughout the apartment was also quite dim, especially in the evening. Overall, the apartment is in a convenient neighborhood, but guests who are sensitive to noise or prefer brighter lighting may wish to consider these points before booking."

"Easy checkin. We were a 10 minute walk from the Centro and it was an easy walk. Being a university town there was alot of action but not too bothersome. The hotel was wonderful, the beds comfy, staff great and getting full use of the spa for an hour was brilliant. The maximum visitors for an hour was 10 so the pool, hot tub and steamroom area were never busy. Great bonus!"
