The motel is basic, with a very basic breakfast. We stayed 6 days and it was the same breakfast each day. Cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. Desk staff did not seem to have empowerment to accommodate guest requests. ( we had asked before we came and at check-in to be on the airport side of the building). Although the place was quite empty, that request was not met.

Closest hotel to the airport with a shuttle service. Comfortable bed with get linen. Pool and hot tub as well as a gym. The rooms are new and spacious with a little kitchenette. I don’t think you could ask for more.

Had some trouble and workers tried deducting my deposit at the end of the stay. Blamed a broken handle on us until we told them to check their records and we indeed did not break it.

Breakfast has gotten poorer over the last year but the hotel is clean and quiet. This trip the hot tub was cool like a swimming pool, last stay it was too hot to enter.

Overall. It was a nice and big room. Found the room was a bit dark. No overhead lights just lamps. No carpet which was good. I did find old blood on the duvet itself in the morning.i will be checking the linen better at my next hotel stay. Pet friendly. But pets must be crated if left unattended. Bed was comfortable.

I am overall giving this hotel a bad rating due to The Manager not being accomadating when the room was fully paid by my expedia and I did not have enough on my credit card for the "Security Deposit" other Hotels have waived this ... The Meridian Hotel mangement gets a failing grade not staying again !

This is our usual place to stay when we are in Regina. But the music coming from the pool area was a little noisy but that might have been a guest playing music but it stopped around 10pm and so it didn't disturb us too much. When I went to take a shower noticed that the drain still had hair on it, it didn't bother me too much but if the house keeping could to a little better job at cleaning. Saying all this has not deterred from us staying here, just some things that we noticed on this stay. It is still one of our picks for a Regina trip.

We were put in a room that you can have a pet with you. There was dog hair in our bed. Did not know all this till we asked the next morning. The manager said there was nothing he could do. Lied to us and said the hotel was sold out. Probably not sold out as it was a Monday night and the car lot was nearly empty, and maybe 10 people at the breakfast the next morning. I feel like the staff was just lazy.
