The only thing that I was unhappy with was that there was no remote for the TV in my room and I was unable to change channels on the television. The front desk did get me a different remote but it was not synced to the television in my room.

Overall, the service and the cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast was mediocre. Not much variety. Based on experience, the Best Western Plus across the street has a much better breakfast. It also has a specialty coffee machine.

Check in was very friendly. The room was nice, I didn't like that the body lotion was used, and no coffee in the room, breakfast was already cold at 7am. Maybe the hotel needs new warmers for the food.
