2/10 Terrible

"Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Staff was so unprofessional and lazy. WiFi wasn’t working and I was calling to get their password and nobody was picking up. As soon as I went down stairs to complain, someone connected the phone back up. They disconnected the cord on purpose so they wouldn’t receive calls. You can tell they hate their job! Too many other things I hated from this hotel, never staying here again."

"The room was dirty, some of the outlets didn’t work, the bathroom was nasty. The bathroom walls had drip lines all over the walls around the toilet was dirty and the tub was very worn. The mattresses were terrible. They were so worn out that they had a permanent slope to them. I was fighting rolling of the bed all night because it was so sloped."
