Bathroom smelled like pee. Rugs were dirty. In the breakfast room was hot stuffy, and really small. Small room also, not big enough for two people. Now worth it

I loved the breakfast set up in the morning. Most places leave out a few pastries and some granola bars. This hotel has a waffle making station, pastries, eggs, sausage, bagels, cereal, coffee, yogurt, juice and much more. And my room was excellent. The best hotel on my trip by far. I will stay here again.

Nice Best Western in Redding. Easy I 5 access, nice rooms, with comfortable beds. Staff was great and helpful. Not much thats walkable in the area. Great place tho. Would definitely recommend.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We needed a couple things, while there, and the staff got them for us immediately. The motel was clean. I loved that it was pet friendly, but didn’t appreciate that we had to pay $25 each of three nights, for having a dog. I think one $25 deposit would have been more fair, and on par with other motels that we have stayed at.

everybody so friendly and smiles. Always making themselves available to motel stayers. I thought just corners of room under table and grounds away from building could be cleaned up a little bit, not awful by any means but good overall in these regards.

Pros: Nice linens on bed, enough towels and washcloths, clean bathroom. Cons: Notice at front desk about being understaffed, when I took off my shoes to get into bed I discovered the floor was damp by the bed, it was impossible to set the heater as the digital display had numerous sections that were burnt out so you see temperatures displayed as, for example, a 1 with a backwards F or a 1 with a sideways U. Finally just turned it off in the night. Also an earwig found crawling by the headboard in the morning, and the guy upstairs woke up and 3:30am and start tromping around, making so much noise even a pillow over my head did not help.

Pros: Very friendly staff. Very clean. Cons: After booking, then a few minutes later the hotel states they've closed the hot tub. I wanted that hot tub. It's part of the reason i chose that hotel. Freeway noise was loud. No facial tissues. Shampoo and conditioner dispensing was a pain, as each push gave a teeny, tiny amount.

Dog friendly accommodations was the main reason for our reservation here. The front desk staff, Emily, was friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient as it is right off the freeway!

This was the fourth time visiting Sun Dial Bridge. But this was first time staying at Best Western Plus Twin View Inn & Suites. I was skeptical and so worried right after booking the big suit for 6 people. The location is right off the Freeway and 2.5 miles from Sun Dial Bridge which is easy and convenient but It's not a great neighborhood (just my opinion) What a Surprise for us when we enter the room. it is very clean, comfortable and well supplied.The descented hot breakfast are also well prepared. Friendly and polite Staff. I highly recommend this place.

Plenty of room to spread out after a long drive!It is true we are located in the industrial area of Redding. Luckily Redding is relatively small ,so a short car ride and you could be at The Sundial Bridge, Shasta Dam, Big League Field of Dreams, Redding Municipal airport or Bethel church within 10-15 minutes!We hope to see you n your next trip to see the Sundial Bridge!

I had just driven 650 miles and wanted nothing more than to get to sleep. The constant sounds of thudding footsteps from the hallway above continued almost nonstop for three hours, forcing me to turn on the television to muffle the noise from above and to bore me to sleep (which came quickly!). I did not call the front desk to get the noisemakers to stop
